My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Andre for more than 3 years now, and he has earned our complete trust. He has been in my home alone, and I can leave without ever worrying about a single item missing or broken. He is 100% honest and consistently delivers solid work. On Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, Andre came by to install two garage ceiling racks (photos posted). As always, he did an excellent job--measuring carefully, using a stud finder, and ensuring the racks were securely mounted into studs. While he was there, I asked for a rough estimate for laminate flooring in three bedrooms and one bathroom. Andre suggested vinyl flooring instead, and after doing my own research, I decided to go with vinyl. True to his word, within two days he came back with a detailed and fair quote, and I decided to use him again for this larger project. On Monday, September 9th, 2025, at approximately 8 a.m., Andre arrived to start demo and install the vinyl. During demo, his team members, Nikolie and Kamil, arrived to assist--and once again I was impressed. Both were professional, polite, and easy to talk with. Together, the team delivered excellent results. By the end of the day, the job was fully completed, exactly as Andre had promised. I've posted photos of the finished work so others can see the quality for themselves. I could have gone with a big flooring business that would have added extra charges for everything, but I chose Andre--and I do not regret it. The work looks amazing in every room. To show just how rare his integrity is: the night of completion, after payment, Andre reviewed the invoice and realized I had overpaid. Without hesitation, he immediately tried to reach me. I didn't see his call until the next morning, but the very first thing he did was call, explain the mistake, apologize, and return the money. That kind of honesty is not common, and it reinforced why I trust him so much. As a homeowner who has struggled in the past to find a reliable handyman, I can't say this enough--Andre is not only skilled and dependable, but he is genuinely trustworthy. I would hand him the keys to my home, my vehicle, even my wallet, and I would never have a single doubt. If you are looking for someone who stands by both his work and his word, Andre is the one you want.

Kyle arrived within minutes of the scheduled time after informing me that he would be here in a short time after our set time. One of the jobs involved putting a replacement floodlight on my back patio. I don't have a step ladder tall enough to reach to do it myself. The second was fixing a toilet paper holder that had been giving me grief trying to fix it myself, unsuccessfully. Kyle arrived with a sturdy, tall, step ladder and a bag of tools that he uses for his work. In no time, the two projects were completed. I was very pleased with the results and I'm pleased that I chose Flanagan's. Kyle is a polite and personable young man. He is also very good at what he does. Since this was a brand-new kitchen cabinet installation, I was very nervous because even a small mistake could have caused a major issue. Jeremiah understood my concerns and took his time measuring everything carefully. He marked each location and checked the measurements over and over before drilling. The handles look like they were installed when the cabinets were originally built -- there is absolutely no "after installation" look.
