Jasmines has been a go to location for me because they have beautiful bouquets. fast forward to valentines day this year(2023), I went into the location to purchase a large bouquet of roses as I do every year but I was informed by the staff working at the time that they do not any availabilit and they could not fill my order. It was understandable at the time and was my fault because I waited later then usually to put my order in so there was only a couple days left. Something did both me with this altercation Though. The two emplo on site were very condescending and rude whe the spoke to me and another guest who I did not know. I just overheard the conversation. at the time I chalked it up to them being stressed about the holiday and brushed it off Then a few days ago, I ordered flowers online and had them delivered to my wife on her birthday. I was called the day they were suppose to be delivered and informed they do not deliver to my wife's location which is approximately 20 mins away. I mentioned how I have ordered every year from them and never had a issued and the person on the phone got that same condes tone as my previous experience. She seemed agitated that I asked why they stopped and she told me it was because the cost of gas among other things And told me to call another florist who could accommodate me on same day delivery. This experience was terrible and I had to scramble to get something last minute. On there website where I ordered it did not provide any delivery limitations or guidence. Although they make beautiful bouquets, I will not use them again to order flowers because of how rude they are. I can only imagine the delivery person treating my wife how they have treated me on several occasions and I'm not going to ruin her special day by having to deal with that. I ended up going to Bryan's to see Andy and he was extremely friendly, great customer service skills, and he listens as you explain what you want. I knew it would be original for I wanted all the hydrangeas in-house. They were white, so he said he had an idea and asked him to throw in another color, but low key to just add pop. When I arrived to pick it up, I was amazed at what he created for or new grandbaby Chase. I asked him to finish it off with a Hallmark Happiness Rainbow ornament in the shape of a heart. I will only use Andy and his wife for all my floral needs. They are great owners and really focus on customer satisfaction. Great value for what was created. I have also posted pictures!

I then had a call for Ken (definitely not his name) called me and offered a 15% refund with 10% coupon which I refused to accept. This company is crooked and will rob you. BBB has over 300 negative reviews about this company. Please beware and do NOT use this company. They don't send what you order; Recipients receive whatever Blossom wants to send and then offer a 10% discount but keep the balance of your money!! This is illegal and has to be stopped. Unfortunately, the roses and 1 of the Zinnias had already started to wilt. I did not have the arrangement in the window/bright light, kept it cool, and kept an eye on the water level. I don't think after 2 days there should be any flowers that are completely wilted. I'm very disappointed. I can't imagine how much this arrangement cost.

I was introduced to Dave. He showed empathy and without hesitation agreed to help. Dave took the details for my sisters funeral location, date and more importantly, visitation date. He then made contact personally by phone with a international floral service that had contacts for fulfillment in the City my sister lived in. He arranged everything even though he was not getting a direct sale. All information was passed to the International fulfillment and I am more than pleased to say the flowers arrived on time for the visitation and funeral. The arrangement was beautiful because he spoke flowers code words to the International Florist. Lol. Such great professional service with an empathetic twist. Will be a customer for life now.
