Parking is a little bit of a walk, but if you allow yourself time before the show, you should be fine. Tell me how one of my guests went to the office to see the employees were SWAPPING SPIT, on top of each other under a blanket. Absolutely unacceptable. We are so glad we found La Piece and Anna. Our evening was absolutely beautiful, each space well-appointed and elegant. Anna was highly organized and scheduled the appropriate amount of meeting time in the leadup to our big night. The venue is in a restored mill-type building, offering a rustic yet modern design. We had our ceremony in a space lined with windows overlooking the river, which was lit in a dreamy, ethereal way. The cocktail hour areas were perfect. Our guests loved it. When it came time to reveal the reception area, Anna had gone above and beyond to make it look wonderful. My wife and I had decided on each of the parts, but Anna did an amazing job deigning something that exceeded the sum of its parts. Guests loved the food, our catering options were very nice. The overall value was very good, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who loves New Hampshire and wants an exceedingly well-managed venue with everything under one roof. There are better options (free too) at other hotels in Tilton. A/C did not function well in the room. Room was uncomfortably warm despite setting the thermostat to the coldest setting. Normally, would not have used the lowest setting, but a taped sign indicated you had to adjust the thermostat +/- 4 degrees to make it comfortable. I would have let the front desk know, but when I called at 7pm no one answered. I also tried to address it in person after addressing another issue, however, they seemed non-commital and unconcerned about the first issue so I figured they wouldn't care any more about the second. Overall, I would stay here again if it was between canceling my plans or staying here because it's very clean and well kept, but the front desk staff left a lot to be desired in terms of service. Wasn't expecting the 4 seasons, but basic attempts to satisfy the guest. Bottom line there are better options for slightly more money in the area.
