Good service overall, with some issues 2 years of the 13. But, those were well handled. NOT this year, as I requested my boat mid-May with down payment as I usually do. They could not perform until after memorial day! I have heated storage and pay for full service of my boat every year. But being a long term well paying customer is now ignored. When my boat was not ready at Memorial day weekend, I then asked for a short delay for delivery (service could continue). They did nothing to ready my boat. I am now waiting another 1.5+ weeks, hopefully to get the boat. New ownership is not able to keep up with heated storage and full service. I would buy a boat somewhere else if you are expecting loyalty in service.

They detailed the boat, gave us bumpers, life vests, and 4 lines so we could tie the boat off. I felt we paid a reasonable amount, I was happy, and took delivery Labor Day weekend. They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. They diagnosed it immediately, gave me a ride home, and said they'd try to find the part and fix it in the morning. Kevin drove to a marina in another town to get the part that night and the boat was back in the water by 10AM July 4. Awesome "above and beyond" service. They've maintained and stored my boat for 20 years. No one is perfect, but they're nice folks and always try to do the right thing and be helpful. Instead, I decided to walk into local auto parts stores to comparison shop and see if someone might also install, as auto repair work is prohibited on the property where I live. O'Reilly was my second stop and gave an extremely reasonable price and comparable to Amazon. Thomas behind the counter said they didn't do installations but he'd give me permission to do it myself in their parking lot. I replied that installation was my holdup. A few minutes later, he hinted that someone might be able to help me if I came early the next day when the part was in. To my great appreciation, that's exactly what they did. While the job was simple, it wasn't exactly easy in the effort involved and I was happy to give the guy a tip.

I don't know anything about the mechanics of a car and they could have told me just about anything and I would have said, Ok how much? The mechanic could not have been nicer. His name was Sean and he said that the sound was from slight uneven tire wear, but the tires were still good and perhaps next season I may need 2 new tires. Since nothing needed to be done they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Super service! Really happy to speak to a nice honest person! Already made an appointment to bring my other car to them for service!!
