She spoke highly of them because her dad gets all his service there. I trailered my boat and drove it over to Lane's End. I was greeted by the service manager (think his name was Tim?) who was so much more professional than people at other marina's I had been dealing with. He looked things over quick and you could just tell that he really knew what he was talking about. He gave me some prices up front and told me how long he thought it would take. I had my boat back in the water in just 2 days (and that was only because they had to get a part for it). And they were 100% fair on cost. It is rare anymore that a business will find you in a desperate situation and not try to take advantage of you............Can't say enough about how great they were. I will recommend this place to everyone.

After I had the mechanical work done, I called Wally up, again, to get my boat detailed. Inexpensive again, but not cheap! The work was excellent. The outside of the boat looked as good as when I purchased the boat used a few years back. The white was WHITE and the blue was BLUE again... all buffed and gorgeous! I whole heartedly recommend Wally's Marine. One more thing, no attitude. Wally is a real, salt of the earth, kind soul. I enjoy working with him.

It is run by a very sweet, kind, friendly yet professional and accommodating young family. Jessica and Bob are wonderful as is their office person, Ginny. They are always happy to help in any way they can. Nothing ever seems to be a bother to any of them and they treat everyone with the same friendly smile and respect. We purchased our beautiful new pontoon, last year, from Melvin Village - who, BTW, made the entire process non-complex - they were simply FABULOUS! Torn between renting a mooring or going "valet"was our most difficult decision but when meeting those at Ambrose Cove - it couldn't have been easier and we could not be any happier. We have needed some boat service. It was all done timely and has always been top notch. The valet service is simple and convenient. I LOVE IT!!!! We also store our boat here in the winter and after our first winter - well, we will have many more coming! Whenever we show up at the marina it's like showing up at a family member's home (you know - family that you WANT to visit LOL). They are always so upbeat, friendly and naturally make us feel so welcome. They detailed the boat, gave us bumpers, life vests, and 4 lines so we could tie the boat off. I felt we paid a reasonable amount, I was happy, and took delivery Labor Day weekend. They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. Elevated Wake, takes water sports to a new level…read more Bottom Line up Front: Customer service is definitely priority number one. Having used other water sports companies in Lake Winnipesaukee, Elevated Wake, exceeded expectations. Also, ask for Ryan and Alex! THE GOOD: Elevated Wake was Great! From the pre-flight the night before, the coaching by the crew, to the playlist during the trip, this place reigned supreme. Preflight: they stopped by the night before to make sure they knew where we were located; then they showed up the next day a few minutes early to ensure we got our full scheduled time. Additionally, they had all the gear on board to allow adults and kids to water ski, wake surf and tube. We had used other companies (not to be named here) the last two years, which dropped the ball in that area. Coaching: Ryan and Alex were spectacular! They had great patience, knew exactly what to say and do and when to say and do it. They were able to get the young kids in our group up and skiing within a few runs. Alex (who happens to be on a college water-skiing team in Florida) took the time to work with our kids and physically demonstrated the steps to stand up on skis using the tow rope. She then had them repeat the steps before getting in the water. The results success. Alex and Ryan(who was the Captain at the time) had great crew coordination and were able to effectively communicate take-off and acceleration speeds. Ryan was the coach for wake-surfing and he did a phenomenal job. He easily explained body positions using analogies, such as the gas pedal is the forward foot and the brake is the back foot, and coached body position to enables surfers to get into the sweet spot in a few tries. They both get A-pluses on a job well done! Playlist: Everything goes better with great music and Ryan's playlist was Sierra Hotel (military speak for awesome)! He had summer tunes from the sixties to the present; from the Beach Boys to Boston, Jimmy Eat World to Jack Johnson, Bob Marley to Sublime, he had a great playlist! He knows his music and we had some great discussions. THE BAD: The only thing bad was that we did not book more time. THE UGLY: Absolutely nothing! They nailed it. I was so impressed that I was trying to recruit both Ryan and Alex. Where others fail, Elevated Wake Prevails!
