Messaged this place thru yelp on the weekend. Explained I was trying to get basic wash service either weekly or biweekly done on 2 vehicles. Asked if this service was available and for price. After a few messages I gave my # and said to call me durring the week to make arrangements on day and time. Recieved a txt on monday asking me to call and explain what I was looking to have done. After a few attempts we finally get eachother on the phone. Right away I'm asked how many cars, and what do I want done (all the stuff that had been talked about thru the messages) than I'm told his business is primarily in O.C. and he's only in corona on monday and Tuesday and depending on what I need he can see if it's worth his time and try to squeeze me in. Total waste of my time! Another detailer on the long list of flakes. Update: so I've gotten 3 missed calls from Jay. The 4th call my sister in law answers the phone. Asks who is calling and he responds with "I'm a man, I want to have a man to man conversation with him". She explained to him that I was cooking dinner (bbqing) and she said that he basically just laughed and said that I was a "f**king b*tch". She asked if she could at least tell me who the message was from and his response was "He'll know" read more

This review is a little late in the making but I had jay stop on by to give my car a full detail.. The experience was absolutely superb. From constant communication before the day of the job to the amazing work that was done. I was blown away. You don't really find professionalism these days and I'm glad I reached out to jay. The final results of the car was outstanding. It just didn't even look the same anymore. The car seemed like it just rolled clean off the lot. But the icing was the amazing work he did on buffing out that nasty crusty yellow stains on my headlights. On a scale of one to douche, this guy is an 11!! I asked him about "washing and waxing" a trailer I got, and he quotes me $40 after seeing the trailer via a picture I sent him. He gets to my house, and proceeds to tell me that it's going to be more than just a $40 wash and wax job. Mind you, he quoted the price initially. After discussing the job, and telling him that other detailers were quoting the same price (Chad from Star Wash), he told me to have Chad do it, as he would not discount his price. Turns out old Jay and Chad must be buddies, because after asking Chad if he could drop his price some, I get the same picture old Jay took of my trailer from Chad!!! I wouldn't use (Jay) or go back to (Chad) if they were the last car washers on the planet!!! You broke the cardinal rule of confidentiality!!! Good luck gents!!! read more

I had Jay come over this Saturday to do a full detail on my Charger. The car is 3 months old, but had a lot of imperfections from the dealer that were driving me crazy. You figure for a new car it should be fully detailed before letting it go off the lot. Jay and I coordinated a time for him to come out to Eastvale to do a full detail. I pointed out all the imperfections I have noticed on the car. I noticed a nick from a rock on the bumper. Good thing I had bought the touch up paint from the dealer. Jay offered to fix it. Not only does the Charger look better then when I bought it. Now I can not see the nick on my bumper. I will post a picture of the car. No way it looked this good leaving the dealer. I found Jay through word of mouth. I was able to make an appointment for a full inside and out car detail within the week. He showed up with another gentleman on time. They were both so professional, thorough, and at one point he had me come out to see the amount of dirt his shampoo machine was able to extract from my dirty trunk carpet. He assumed it was coffee but it was actually motor oil! An entire 2qt bottle had spilled in my trunk at one point and his magical machine was able to extract it all from the carpet. Thanks to Jay my SUV looks as good as it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I'd taken my car on a cross country trip and basically lived in my car for three weeks. You can imagine what it looked like by the time we got home. Jay was able to erase all the spills and dirt that always happen on long road trips. Jay did a great job cleaning my very dirty car. It had been a difficult year and my car had been neglected. With the difficulties we were selling our house so my car took many trips to goodwill for drop offs. On top of that kids were in my car many times with food and hockey equipment. Then I tried to do a quick vacuum and wash at this car wash and the car wash broke off my spoiler in the back of my car and wouldn't pay to have it fixed. So it took awhile for me to get it fixed and there was a hole where the equipment ran through so I still couldn't wash my car. Needless to say it was a dirty mess and I was excited to have it cleaned. The only thing I can say negative is that Jay repeated over and over that he didn't realize it would be this bad. It took an hour for him and another person. I almost doubled the payment for the tip to cover the frustration but I think as a professional courtesy I only needed to hear it twice that it was worse than he thought. I did not count that off as he did do a 5 star job. I'm just not sure I would have him back because my car will always be scarier than a person who works every day. :) read more

I had my Toyota sequoia detailed by Jay last week. It had not been detailed in 5 years. I have 3 boys and we use this truck constantly. Although we don't eat or drink in it, it still gets pretty dirty. The carpets and seats needed a really good cleaning. The motor and exterior have never been cleaned properly. Jay did an amazing job! The truck looks incredible. Most detailers would not take the time Jay did to make it look so good. He went through every crack and crevice on the interior and it looks as good or better than new! I am extremely impressed with his work ethic and the quality of his work. I waited almost 2 weeks for an opening in Jays schedule because I wanted the best detailer for my money. The wait was well worth it. If you take anything away from this review it should be that. Jay is busy and booked for a good reason. He is and excellent detailer. I suggest you book an opening with him and wait until he is available. SO WORTH THE WAIT! read more
