It's been long overdue to give this shop an awesome review. I usually have a shop that I trust and go to but with my scheduling and distance of the place I needed to find one close to me. I was referred from one of colleague at work as I was impressed of tint on his vehicle. I just picked up my new Rivian and needed to get this vehicle tinted as it's basically a fishbowl. I messaged the shop and Jorge replied back immediately. I texted him what I wanted and he quoted me a great price. The best thing about this shop is that they work on the weekend as it's hard for me to take off time from work to drop off the Rivian. Bought a new Tesla M3 and we wanted to maintain its paint quality for as long as possible so we decided to look for a PPF, Ceramic coating, and window tinting services. I ask for some quotations from different vendors and Jorge from IE Auto Detailing and Window Tinting was the first one to respond. He was very detailed in responding. Also, his pricing is very competitive and the quality of the products he offers are highly rated. So my wife and I decided to hire his services. We left the car on a Thursday and picked it up the next Friday. I would say that he took the time to make sure that everything will look perfect which it did! One of the good things about Jorge is he communicates and gives us updates during the whole process. When we picked up the car, we were speechless! The car looked so good that we knew right there and then that we made the right decision of trusting him. Also, speaking of trust, I would say that Jorge is completely honest and trustworthy. He pointed out the paint defect that he noticed on the car while applying the PPF (which is something we won't notice quickly if he did not point it out.). Brought my new 2023 Model Y to get all windows except the windshield ceramic tinted. Price was reasonable and it took them about 1.5 hours to complete. Fast forward 3-4 days, I noticed bubbles on the passenger front window and the two small windows on the sides. Ended up driving back to the shop on Sunday morning to get it taken care of. Drove over 40 mins and paid $288 for a car detail that was very "mid". The upholstery shampooing was actually decent, however the vents still had dust and the middle console of my back seat was never pulled down and cleaned. For a $288 detail I should never have to go behind the job that was done and clean. Thank you for the service but will not be returning. read more

I got my Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated, PPF of the front bumper, and tinted at IE Auto Detailing. I had a great experience with all the staff and turnaround time was quick. COMMUNICATION: I spoke with Jorge over Yelp to discuss a quote for the job and he was very helpful and responsive to my questions. This was my first time getting tinting/ceramic coating so I was little overwhelmed but Jorge explained the process clearly. Once we settled on a quote, I scheduled an afternoon to bring the car by and we went over the final plan. Jorge was kind enough to show me some of the other Tesla's they had in shop as examples of tint shades. The other staff busily working were also very courteous and seemed to be really enjoying their work. There were NO HIDDEN FEES and Jorge was extremely accommodating to my budget. I wasn't planning on getting PPF for the front bumper but did so per his recommendation--there was no salesmen pitches, I always felt that the ball was in my court. It was a very straightforward conversation and transaction. JOB: - The ceramic coating makes a HUGE difference! I can definitely appreciate the gloss much better and it seemed very even and clean all around. - The tint job was ALMOST perfect. I noticed a small defect of the driver side window which I notified Jorge about and we plan to take a look at it as soon as I get back from vacation. I have no concerns that this won't be addressed appropriately. - PPF of the front bumper and headlights. I was very hesitant about getting PPF given the cost but it really does give me peace of mind knowing the most battered part of the car would be well protected. I'm happy with the decision. I recently went off riding with my truck. When doing so the trail I was on became narrower with allot of bushes. As you can imagine I received some bad scratches. About half a mile into the trail we came upon a huge tree that had fallen and blocked the trail. Now since the trail was narrow and no place to turn around I had to drive a half mile in reverse through the same bushes just adding a shit load more scratches to it. Brought it to IE Detailing and Tinting to have it paint corrected. As you can see from the before and after photos the scratches are gone, even the deep ones. If I'm ever stupid enough to get it scratched up again like that, I will bring it back to here. read more

**updating to 3 stars. IE auto detailing stood behind their work and fixed 4 windows that had smudges or bubbles. They also tried their best to compensate me for my time. I trusted IE Auto Detailing to do a great job on my brand new Tesla Model S. I made an appointment and was quoted 3 hours when I dropped off the vehicle. When I returned, they had just started. One of the employees mentioned they had an appointment they forgot about so it would be another 2 hours. The work was not complete for almost 8 hours. I'm an understanding person, and I was told that it took so long because any mistake they start over to make it right. I was also told to give it a couple weeks to "settle" and I may see water streaks or imperfections as it dries. A few weeks have passed and I noticed fingerprints and/or smudge marks (between the film and the glass). There are several bubbles on the sunroof tint and scratches between the film and glass (likely the film is scratched on the inside). I'm really disappointed. My dads VW has a better tint job than mine. :( I contacted them today in hopes of resolving this issue. I do see they are closed on Sunday and I hope they will make it right..If so, I will circle back and update this review. read more
