We also were told that due to some equipment not operating properly and the lack of communication that we would receive a partial refund. We never received said refund, even after reaching out about it numerous times after our wedding. Just sad. Hopefully they can turn things around, as other reviews seem to be positive. We found that they were a bit casual in the way they conduct business - phone calls were not always returned, delivery and pickup times were only approximate, etc. But overall, they are reasonably pleasant to do business with. Billing is fairly simply - they send an invoice with a web-link to permit credit card payment on-line. Prices are reasonable. The heater they furnished was new and unused. Very powerful - it did the job.
