Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. On 6-15-2026 took my 2020 Ford Ranger to Ziebart on Beechmont Ave for sound deadener/rustproofing…read more I was told that this procedure/process would take 3-4 hrs. I chose to wait on my truck since it was my only mode of transportation. Aprox 40 minutes later I was informed that my truck was completed and it was being pulled around front for my inspection. I thought to myself that that seemed awfully fast since I was told it would take 3-4 hrs. I was told that we could make the payment transition while they pulled my trunk around to the front. I payed my bill which was $658.49. I than, along with the manager James, went outside to look over my truck. I immediately noticed that the rear inner fender wells had not been treated as I was advised it would be as that is a part of the work process/procedure. I pointed this out to manager James and he agreed with my assessment and immediately apologized to me and told me how embarrassing this was for him. James than went inside the store and the assistant manager Murph came outside to meet me at my truck. At this time I was opening the hood of my truck and discovered that this area had not been treated also. I than questioned as to whether any of work had been completed via the work processes/sop/diagrams, etc. Asst Mgr Murph apologized to me several times and also told me how embarrassing this was to him also. Murph said he and Mgr James would re-due my truck themselves and they again took my truck to the garage to re-due the soundproof/rustproofing. At this point I am questioning my decision to get any work from this Ziebart ,or recommend this Ziebart to anyone. Aprox one hour later I was told that my truck was done. James and Murph offered me a detail job and a free one year warranty touch up for the actions of their employee. I now am doubting if I got the services that I payed my hard earned money for. At this point I am wondering how many other vehicles got out of that garage without getting what they paid for.

He took it in to get a ceramic coating that has a 5 yr warranty-they have different tiers to choose from with different price points. It was shiny before but this is like liquid glass! The pics don't do it justice. The guys at Tint World are oober professional with your vehicle. They truly care about their name and reputation and their work shows it. They also put tint on his windows, the kind that doesn't let the sun rays burn your skin or ruin your interior. It has made a HUGE difference in the comfort level in the cab! And they also did the windshield with a uv tint and added a tinted strip across the top to help with sun glare. I can't get over the difference in the heat level in the cab and my arm doesn't burn anymore as it rests in the door. Totally worth it! Next we're going to have them add a front camera! At the completion call, the shop informed us they could not complete the full PPF as originally scheduled because they were struggling with the job - they were only able to accomplish the fenders. Instead, we were referred to another location to finish the remaining work. Nor did they complete the detailing package either. Unfortunately, the quality of the completed work was extremely disappointing. The fenders and window tint installation was filled with air bubbles, dust contamination, and noticeable misalignments. The interior detailing didn't look cleaned at all and felt more like a quick cover-up than a "professional" detailing service. For a service costing over $1k, the results were far below acceptable standards and simply not worth the price. We would highly encourage anyone to NOT invest your time & money at this location. Go down the road to the location on Ohio Pike - they are going to redo the entire product for us. The only positive aspect of the experience was the complimentary installation of our (self-purchased) screen protectors.. however, it was poorly done as well.. We would've done a better job.

Solar Tint wasted my time with policies that do not favor the customer…read more They canceled my first appointment due to worked shortage. I was scheduled another appointment. Arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that they didn't have a worker to do my install! They rescheduled another appointment and needed a non refundable in case I didn't show or came late? Wait didn't they just do that to me? I guess my time is less important... I arrived on time and they didn't send my car back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They did a good job on the tint but it was a giant waste of time and the person working the desk was not competent. They seems to have issue with employees not coming to work or quitting which is not my problem but they sure made it mine. A person time is the most important thing they have and for me Solar Tint didn't respect mine. I did mention this to the manager but got manager I don't give a care speak... If you value your time and want to work with someone who has their act together look elsewhere.

Once you set up an appointment, you show up at the time they tell you to. They over-budget how long it's going to take, typically, from what I understand. They were done in about a half an hour with my car. Did a perfect job. Follow the instructions and you will not have any problems. One note though. There is a Fairfield location listed. That is no longer open. Would I go back? Definitely. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had two front windows done on my small Ford SUV. The cost was $99 plus tax. Using my 10% Yelp coupon, it was just over $90. Not bad for both windows.
