The work Mark completed on my 9-year old Subaru was nothing less than miraculous! The exterior looks new and the interior resembles nothing like it was when I dropped off the car. Stains and dirt are all gone. The unseen part was the engine bay cleaning. There was a terrible odor of burnt oil from a leak and the engine has been de-greased and no more burnt oil smell. The wheels are pristine, and the hand scrubbing with a toothbrush is something I would have never expected. If you need your car detailed, there is no one better than Mark. Absolutely incredible job, the gelcoat on my boat was faded and chalky. The black stripes were grey. I didn't think the Boat would come back, but Mark put in a lot of work and a lot of elbow grease and a lot of high-quality product to get the gelcoat to shine like new. He was also very informative on how to maintain the boat. My husband inherited a 95 Cadillac Eldorado that had been stored away in a barn for about 5 years. This car had been owned by a heavy smoker previously to it being stored. When we got it there was mildew on the seats and basically the entire inside was covered. Mark and his team did a fantastic job on this car. There is no sign of mildew or stench in this car. He even cleaned all vents to get rid of the smoke smell and the barn smell. Even the inside of the trunk shines. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing detailed cleaning. I bought a 2018 Camry XSE two months ago and took it through a local car wash. The car wash put a number of scratches (some very small/short and some very large/long) all over (I'll never go back and also highly recommend that if you have a black car, do not go through a car wash unless it's touch-less). I did some fancy Google searching and called a number of detail places in Cincinnati. One never called back and the other did not provide me any confidence that they knew what they were doing and that they could - with confidence - get out the bigger scratches. When I brought the car to CDS, they communicated 1) experience (they work a lot with black cars with similar damage), 2) confidence (they confidently communicated to me they could remove the scratches), and; 3) urgency (between the time I dropped off the car and completed, it was approximately 24 hours). When I arrived today to pick up my car, I was impressed. I could no longer see the big scratches that were there before. They explained the process they went through to get it to where it was today and provided recommendations going forward.
