Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the status of the detailing, was super courteous and professional. When I picked her up, the interior was spotless and smelled fresh. The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

I gave a 5-star review few years back when they detailed and tined my E92 M3 but today had a Mini Cooper F56 ceramic tinted; let's just say I couldn't be ecstatic with the result. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED TO PERFECTION. This is a pro shop that has been established in New Hyde Park for 15 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend this to all.
