I had my 2021 Tesla Model Y partially wrapped with Xpel PPF few days after delivery. Due to the unpredictable nature of my work, it's difficult to take my car in to the shop during normal business hour. But Tommy is very easy to work with and quickly squeezed me in to his schedule right after delivery. I did not fully wrap my car due to budget, but Tommy is also flexible in terms of picking additional important areas to wrap with PPF for a very reasonable price. Price is likely the most competitive among all the places I received quotes. He pays attention to detail and identified a small dent on the door that I did not notice at delivery despite examining the car for a good 30-40 minutes. So I was able to send a picture quickly to Tesla service center for which they repair for free. Tommy expedited the installation as I needed the car for work. And I was able to pick up the car even after normal business hour (again because of my work). The job was done quickly and beautifully. The deep gloss and richer color after Xpel PPF installation are amazing. One month into owning the car, my passenger side fender was unfortunately damaged by unknown sharp object (possibly with some force) which penetrated the film and caused a deep scratch (down to the bare metal) on the car. I received quotes from other body shop in the area which asked for $1600 to remove the film and repair the scratch/dent. I contacted Tommy and he helped me coordinate a repair of the deep scratch with full panel repaint and re-wrapping of the PPF on the panel immediately. He coordinated it with the body shop so the whole process was seamless. Tommy even made sure that the paint color matches perfectly before installing the PFF. The car looked perfect after the repair and wrap like nothing had happened and the paint color matched perfectly with the other panel. The cost of repair was also much much cheaper than what I was quoted by the other body shop. I highly recommend this place if you are considering having PPF installed on your car. I would come here again if I ever needed to replace the PFF years down the road. I am very happy with the protection film installed on my new car which makes it super easy to clean the car. I am also having the peace of mind that my car is somewhat more protected from road rock/salt due to the wheel design and soft paint of Tesla cars (you can see lots of examples of paint chips on the lower rear doors/hood/front bumper - and Tesla owners regretting not having PPF installed immediately). I regret not having the paint fully corrected prior to the installation (wasn't aware that's a thing even for a newly delivered car). If you have a car you want to preserve you need this product. I am a first time car owner (at a later age given I'm a New Yorker) and I was recommended to put this product on my car. Tommy provided fast responses, fair quotes and did an amazing job on the original install. And then, just last week, the product did it's job. For those who don't understand what this product is, it's basically invisible Saran Wrap around your bumper and other exposed parts of your car to protect the paint job. I've done 2 different sessions with Tommy. First time going, was because I just got a new Telluride's and want to protect the new paint from front side rock chips. He did a excellent job and exceeded my expectations. It was a good experience, especially with the Suntek PPF that was installed. Fast forward 6 months later, I got a dent and some light scratches from an exceptionally windy night that couldn't have been avoided. Stressfully got it fixed, but knew if I got anymore scratches, or perhaps swirl marks from regular washing (who's got time to hand wash all the time), I'd regret that I didn't get more PPF. So I went back to this trusted installer to get my sides done who did a spectacular job the first time. He gives such attention to detail and care for your baby that reassures confidence that it's going to be wrapped well. The car is shinier than it normally would be with the extra gloss from the film. Over the last three years, Tommy has wrapped two of my new vehicles: Cadillac XT6 and Lexus GX460. For both vehicles, he did an amazing job with the installation as he took the cars in quickly, completed within 24 hours and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Over this time, my cars have been hit (scratched) while parked. However, the film saved the paint from major scratches (some 8-10 inches long) and Tommy was able to replace the film quickly. If the car didn't have the film , then the car would have been in the body shop for days, I would had to pay my insurance deductible and most likely the new paint would be noticeable. This actually happened twice to me and at both times when Tommy just removed a small area of the film and replaced with new film that is not even noticeable. Major time and money savings for me!
