I would definitely avoid Jazz Bouquet Floral for your wedding. Kim made our life infinitely harder. Here are just a few of our issues: - She didn't listening to what we discussed at all needing reiteration of the same information repeatedly. - She sent an agreement with flowers that were completely different than the ones we previously agreed to. Again needing reiterations and adding to our wedding planning stress. - The bridal bouquet included orchids that were not bloomed. What is the point of including flowers that hadn't bloomed yet? We will never know. - The floral arch we spent thousands on had a gaping hole (i.e. an area in the literal middle of the arch with no flowers or greenery whatsoever). I ask again what is the point of having a floral arch without flowers? We will never know. The list goes on and on. If you care about your floral arrangements at all and would like to avoid getting ripped off, I would absolutely stay away from this company. I feel nothing but regret for hiring them. read more

We booked Jazz Bouquet Floral for our wedding in Cottonwood, and we cannot say enough good things about Kim and her team! Kim was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to bring our vision of our wedding to life! We had an initial meeting with Kim at her shop in Sedona where she was able to sit with us, listen to our ideas and vision, and provide us recommendations and examples for our floral and decoration needs. Kim was VERY organized, provided clear communication leading up to our wedding, and was always readily available to answer any questions we had or make adjustments to our floral and decoration needs. She even was able to purchase a specific type of arch that we wanted for our wedding, which was so appreciated and turned out to be exactly what we hoped for! On the day of our wedding, Kim's team arrived in advance, and they truly did an AMAZING job. From the bride and bridal party bouquets/boutonnieres to the flowers we had placed around our venue, table center pieces, etc. everything was so beautiful! We had some strong winds and a small rain shower during our outdoor ceremony, but our arch and all of the floral decor held up perfectly! The floral arrangements were exactly what we had hoped for and more. Kim truly brought our vision to life. Our floral was absolutely our favorite part of our wedding, and we are so appreciative! Kim is such a sweet person and great communicator, which was awesome because I planned my Sedona wedding from out of state. I sent her some inspiration photos and she made a beautiful bouquet that matched exactly what I had envisioned! The best part is, three weeks later, and my bouquet is still sitting beautifully in its vase! I was also able to replant one of the succulents, so I will always have a piece of my gorgeous wedding bouquet! Danny and Kim, couldn't have cared less. My order was done as an after thought since they had wedding on and much bigger fish to fry than my small order. I ordered flowers for my parents anniversary. I had to follow up a few times as no communication from them which gave me a feeling this wasn't going to go well and then when I went into pick them up I was extremely disappointed. It was a very small bouquet. Not the same size as what I ordered from their website. Danny made zero effort to make the situation right. Said he didnt have time. I walked out without flowers. As a business owner I would not treat any clients like this, regardless of the money they spend. Bad faith catches up with you eventually. read more

Had the Film Festival special which ran about $25 for two people and included tea, finger sandwiches, scones and chocolate. Will definitely come back again. read more

I am very, very disappointed with this business. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a birthday. The arrangement she rec'd looks absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. While I understand that substitutions may be necessary when exact flowers are not available due to the season or the location, at least make the effort to stay in the same color scheme! The arrangement I ordered came in a beautiful antiqued-type pitcher and they were fall colors. The arrangement she rec'd were in an ugly vase and the flowers were bright colors for spring! I live in NJ and never use FTD or TeleFloral or any of those companies. I always Google florists in the recipients area. I will never purchase flowers from here again. Called from MN to Sedona to order flowers for our Mother's birthday. The gal I talked to was very friendly and guaranteed me she would love the arrangement. Our Mom was so thrilled when the flowers came she had my sister log on to skype so she could show me how gorgeous and fresh they were! She absolutely loved them and they were far nicer than I imagined especially in mid-february. Had High Tea in this beautiful flower shop with my Mom. She is a "red hatter" and has attended a LOT of teas (that is what they do, lol). She said this is one of the best ones she has been to.
