I ordered the flowers on Friday, December 19th and was able to choose delivery for the next day (Saturday the 20th) or after the weekend (on Monday the 22nd.) I chose delivery for the 20th and paid online. Saturday came and went with no note of delivery, so I emailed the store and went the rest of the evening and heard nothing. No response came on Sunday, so I thought surely they were behind a bit and Monday delivery would happen. I emailed on Monday morning (Arizona time) just checking in on the order, and still never heard back. Truly frustrating to wait all Monday for no delivery and no response from the store, so at the end of the day Arizona-time, I emailed a THIRD time to say please cancel my order and process a refund, and within a few hours from my email, I received a cancellation and a note that my refund was being issued. I am stunned that this is the level of customer service (or lack thereof) that this place offers. And when I went to leave a Google review, Google says it is permanently closed and reviews have been turned off. I'm also very surprised that the SHOP app works with this florist because of the terrible level of service and follow through by the store. I'm most sad that they ruined my chance to send something across the miles to say Merry Christmas to my mom. If you're looking at The Frenchie Garden, turn around, walk away and keep looking. They don't deserve your patronage. Merry Christmas.

When the leaves fell this month it is clear the maple leaves had no real fall color. The tree was mismarked. It's too late to change the nursery error. We were helped by Karen at time of sale. She helped us pick the actual trees and explained each one. Again the maple tree was not tagged correctly. I see the nursery is moving to Dewey in 2026. The Dewey location has been a huge disappointment every time we have stopped in. The store sells a mismatch of wilted produce. Last corn season the corn was full of worms!! We are pretty much done with Mortimer. The new phone recording sounds delightful but I'm afraid it's a pipe dream. Do yourself a favor. Save the gas. Go to Watters in Prescott. Yes more expensive and YES you get what you pay for.

I bought a Yard/Ton Of arena sand…read more Apparently you sell it by the ton rather than by the yard because if you wet it down in the evening the excess moisture around the pile evaporates by the time you open in the morning. I drive my truck on to the scale the guy loading me only dumped 1/2 the 1 yard bucket before leaving to top off the bucket only to again dump 1/2 the bucket in my truck. I get back home to remove the sand from my truck by backing up fast and slamming on the brakes to get the sand to start sliding out the back the sand has soo much water in it that nothing moved. I go back to Earthworks and talk to the assistant manager about this and ask for 10% off my bill and he tells me that all other suppliers in the area sell sand by weight not volume and he's not going to help me. Well since I'm up losing sleep over this and letting you know before I call the Arizona Department of weights and measures this morning at 8AM. It wasn't a big purchase Hell I had you guys deliver all my driveway rock for my property. After this I will never go back there for anything.

Jacob was incredibly nice and helpful--he even loaded everything into my truck for me. Since I'm not the biggest plant person, I really appreciated him taking the time to help and answer my questions. The whole nursery is very cute, well organized, and clearly cared for. I'll definitely be back to get some oriental plum trees next time--I just didn't have enough room in my truck today!
