This place is under new ownership for about a year. Its clean and the equipment is newer. They have treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, stair steppers, a rowing machine, and a stationary bike. Also free weights and machines like LifeFitness brand and Hammer Strength. They also have two squat racks. Customer Service is excellent. Check them out. P.S. Its clean.

The locker rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious- the great locker room is one of the things that I loved about this gym when I went there regularly. The ladies' room has hair dryers and styling tools, which makes it super-convenient for a mid-day workout. There's also a place to relax in the locker room with a TV, magazines, and comfortable seating. I found it nice to unwind during my lunch break and sometimes spent more time reading/relaxing in the sauna and locker room than I did working out. I've never had a problem finding the equipment I wanted to use and have never had to wait long for any equipment. Overall, it has the feel of an upscale gym. The only downside is that if you need late/irregular hours, this probably isn't the best place. Since it's affiliated with the University, it will close or open late sometimes when weather conditions are bad or predicted to be bad.

The most important thing to remember if you're wanting to take classes here if you must first take Intro to Fly and you only have to take it once. You fill out paperwork, find out your bungee number, get acquainted with the bungees, learn the moves, and become familiar with everything. While there is a lot of talking and pausing for explanations in this class, it's still a good workout! I was sweating and feeling the burn and loved it!All you need to bring with you is a water bottle! The next class you take is Simplifly. Then they have Levels 1, 2 and 3 where you move up at your own pace and level. They also have a strong class that incorporates weights into the moves and you can take that one after taking Simplify. This business is owned by two local kindergarten teachers and I highly recommend you support this woman owned business. I went by myself and had a blast, but I know going with friends would make it even better. They also host private events, so you can check that out as well.
