There are tvs as well as some other cardio equipment. The weight room had an array of Nautilus equipment and adequate amount of free weights. The facility appeared clean and I am told tanning is free with membership. I noticed a sign for personal training offered for an additional fee. If I lived in Elgin, I would likely join Pride Fitness.

I have worked out for many years and I found Mandy's positive personality and energy to help MY motivation. She has been involved in fitness for many years and has a strong background in gymnastics. Her boot camps are held M, W, F. The classes were absolutely phenomenal. Workouts could help the most fit or be tailored to help the least fit (or injured). Mandy is also a Beachbody coach and does nutritional counseling. She is not only an outstanding fitness professional, but also an inspiring coach and mentor. Her prices are also VERY reasonable!
