Also, why didn't they inform us that we would have different appointment times? They had 4 stations to do nails but started 1 of us while she was sitting on the windowsill. I also suspect that they dilute the polish. She applied 3 coats of polish but my nails still weren't covered. The price was reasonable.

When I (politely!) asked if there was a possibility of a discount for the damaged nail at the end of the appointment, I was told to talk to who I believe was the owner or supervisor, I showed her the picture of the nail I was referring to (just solid color, stiletto shaped-- nothing fancy!) and she showed it to another customer who rudely and unwelcomly decided to comment on the situation. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area.
