We had a porch roof that needed to be replaced and some gutters put up. He let us know the best solution so we could get the most life out of our new roof. Alex didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need or want. The guys showed up in the morning and were gone by the afternoon. All done in one day! I called this place for snow removal as my driveway was piled high with 2 feet of snow...They said…read morethey would be there later that day. Waited until about 9 PM. Finally got a message saying that their truck "broke down". Since they had already charged my credit card for the removal, they sent me a gift certificate in the mail for the amount charged. Come this summer, my tractor broke down so I decided to cash in the gift card. Called them up and scheduled a mow, and they said they would give me a call early the next week when they would be around. Well the next week came, no call. I called up to inquire and they said they would call me back that day. No call ever came back. Of course by this time, my lawn was looking like something outta the Amazon, so went ahead with another service company who *promptly* came and did a great job. Suffice it to say I will never use this company again. Why be in business when it seems you can't be bothered to do the work that others are trying to hire you for??????

I hired Ken for snow removal and the first two times he came out he did a great job. Not sure…read morewhat happened after that because he never made it to my house in less than 12 hours after a storm had passed. There was only one pass with the snow blower on my sidewalk so only half the sidewalk was done and there were parts that were not touched at all including a no path to the street. I have a short driveway but it's 3 cars wide, so little snow was removed at the base of the driveway that only 1 car can fit through. There were so many days I was out there in the morning digging myself out to go to work only to look over and see my neighbors driveway already done by her service. You don't even have to guess who does my snow removal now.
