My only request was to give some extra love to my Mercedes G63 rims. He came prepared with different types of soaps for the different paint and finishes we had for my vehicles. He did a stellar job on all 3 vehicles. Rims were cleaned very well. He was meticulous with his cleaning inside and out. No streaks on the windows. I am excited to have found someone local! I expressed my concerns with the dealership and they saw things my way so they gave me credit to have the truck detailed. I submitted my request to Yelp to get some quotes and Steve got back to me right away and had the best price. Hired him to come out today (Saturday) and he showed up 15 min early which I prefer. I am blown away at how well he did on my truck. My only regret is that I didn't take any before pics but I've been rather busy and I'd like to forget how dirty it was. Image the truck in the pics but super dirty and then open your eyes and see how nice it looks. I will be hiring One Way to detail my Travel Trailer next. Thank you for the fantastic results.

Ive been here pretty often for how new it is. But today, I wasted my money. while going through the…read moreautomatic car wash, the machines stopped for quite some time. I was first in line with a few cars behind. I could see the machines stopped even before we quit moving. we started back up again and I was allowed to continue. while vaccuuming I could see the very back of my car, including the rear mirror, the back of my car and the bumper was still very dirty. I dried my car, finished vacuuming and decided to go back into kiosk to speak to someone and ask for a rain check. the man in booth was upset , never apologized and acquiesced by motioning to make me go through again. I explained I already dried my car, was late for an appt, and wanted a rain check. I should have asked for a manger because this man who spike English as a second language didnt know the first thing about customer service. He blamed the equipment stalling on a driver who took his car out of nuetral. to which I replied had nothing to do with me, my driving, and my still very dirty Car. he didn't care! I want a rain check or I won't be back.

If you use a credit card, in addition to charging you $0.10 more per gallon for gas, they limit your transaction to $50. If you have a car or truck that takes more than 15 gallons, you are probably going to be out of luck and have to do two transactions. That seems really inconvenient for a Shell gas station, which should easily accommodate larger transactions and should not rip customers off for using credit cards. If you have a club card, you might be able to get a discount - but most of that will be absorbed by the needless business practice of overcharging customers for using the most common form of payment at gas stations. The convenience store is very small and does not offer many choices. They also overcharge for just about everything and it is definitely not worth getting any snacks here. Specifically Arizona iced tea is supposed to be $0.99 but they add an additional charge on top of that (in addition to tax and CRV). If you are on a road trip, give this place a miss in favor of another gas station.

Every employee I've ever dealt with here has been absolutely professional, courteous, and efficient. I'm very picky about gas stations. This one is like an Apple store. Well, not quite. I mean, I wish they would fix the fact that their south-facing terminals, the LCD displays don't show very well in the sunlight. But that's not the fault of the people running this. I have been seeing the same people here for at least 2 years and that is saying a lot for a gas station. And they run it clean. Best gas, my favorite.
