My only request was to give some extra love to my Mercedes G63 rims. He came prepared with different types of soaps for the different paint and finishes we had for my vehicles. I expressed my concerns with the dealership and they saw things my way so they gave me credit to have the truck detailed. I submitted my request to Yelp to get some quotes and Steve got back to me right away and had the best price. Hired him to come out today (Saturday) and he showed up 15 min early which I prefer. I am blown away at how well he did on my truck. My only regret is that I didn't take any before pics but I've been rather busy and I'd like to forget how dirty it was. Image the truck in the pics but super dirty and then open your eyes and see how nice it looks. I will be hiring One Way to detail my Travel Trailer next. Thank you for the fantastic results.

The gentleman who I interacted with when at the entrance was extremely friendly and professional. He briefly inspected the exterior of my vehicle. Once my car was ready, a staff member called out the description of my car and walked me towards the side of the building away from the waiting area. He pointed out a large crack on the windshield and immediately offered to replace or fix it at a cost. He said he's there specifically to identify cracks and offer his services. I immediately informed him that this crack was not there prior to the wash. If this was factual, the gentleman at the entrance would have immediately identified it as it's a relatively large crack. The worse part is he turned to another staff member, laughing and told him in Spanish "she's claiming we cracked it" in a very sarcastic manner. Little did he know that I understand and speak Spanish. His attitude immediately changed to worse and said "even if we cracked it, we aren't responsible for any damages and the signs are posted everywhere". I asked for a manager who wasn't helpful at all. He went on by justifying his actions claiming he's not an employee, he's an independent contractor. Since when do car washes have independent contractors? His job title is irrelevant, he humiliated me in the presence of others thinking I didn't understand Spanish. The manager took no responsibility for this guys actions. Looks like he may be hanging out trying to bank on customers cars who come out of the car wash area with sudden windshield cracks. I have requested a call from the owner and still no response yet. Take pictures of your vehicles before taking it to this place. The car wash wasn't worth the price, they didn't bother to vacuum the trunk area. I had to clean the rest myself. I don't recommend this place. Funny business.
