He's exceptionally knowledgeable and, at this point in our partnership, knows his way around our building like the back of his hand, which makes life a lot easier on us as he pretty much self-services. We also let him know we would be moving buildings later this year and he made sure to advise us to take our extinguishers with us, so we could continue our annual services without having to purchase all-new equipment and save on fees. He would take care of the service, generate the invoices, and we would simply pay him. The convenience of this arrangement was a major selling point for us. However, when the time for the annual service arrived, we found there was no automatic refill. Upon reaching out via email to request the service, Matt explained that, since our apartments are in Montclair and he is based in Orange County (Placentia), the 40-mile round trip for such a small job was not feasible for him, and he declined to provide the service.
