When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Do not use FCA- they ruined $800 worth of Air purifiers because the vinyl flooring installer, Jose,…read more was too lazy to use the proper setup for cutting the vinyl planks and blasted the vinyl saw dust all over my bedroom and the air purifiers sucked up the saw dust like a vacuum cleaner. I have asthma. Nobody in their right mind would use those when the saw dust got into the motors. You cannot fix that by replacing the filters. Apparently John Fitz is an expert in air purifiers and what equates to ruining the air purifiers. John Fitz said they would only pay to replace my filters. Originally, Bill Stocky said the installer would have to pay to replace them. When I shared my receipts he suddenly had a change of heart. It also took three months to get a refund for the toilet they charged me to remove that was not removed by them.

We went in for new flooring after losing our carpet to flooding thanks to recent rainstorms. The…read moreservice was great. We picked out what we wanted. The guy rang us up & out the door we went. We drove around back & they loaded up our car with our order. We were in and out in maybe 20 minutes. We bought the laminated wood flooring (looks like wood, but is vinyl with a laminate). The bak is sticky and has arrows to show you the proper direction to lay. Very few materials needed to aide you. Directions are in the box or online at their website (convenient). I laid an entire basement family room in one night. Very easy going. Easy clean-up. The back is very sticky so expect to be washing your hands a lot or using gloves. I'm very pleased with the look. I got the waterproof hoping it helps if ever this happens again. Of course the sticky will only withstand so much water so we'll see. We also ordered an extra box for replacement pieces just in case there is ever a problem with a piece here or there.

They arrived promptly at 8:30 AM, and communicated their plans thoughtfully. I thought for sure they would have to come back on a different day to complete the job-- but indeed they underpromised and overdelivered. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home. They protected wall corners and the bar to avoid damage. No seams can be visible anywhere! They left the place in immaculate condition. I…read morepurchased gorgeous porcelain tiles from Brazil for my bath redo at my previous house from Master Tile (I still regret leaving that flooring!). Now I am removing a neo-angle shower and hoped to find about 8 tiles to match or come close enough to blend in with the few spares of the original, 1990's 12" square tiles I have. A pretty dated design so...a match? No luck anywhere. BUT at MasterTile they went back into "the trailer" where they must stash all the odds and ends of obsolete material and found a very close tile and gave me one to take home to check in situ. Not perfect, but for an installation toward a corner where it would tend to be less obvious, it better than I could ever hope. THANK YOU, Master Tile! Now if only I could have afforded to redo the entire floor and purchased more of that Brazilian porcelain tile my life would have been complete. Complete re-tiling in existing houses is not a project undertaken often or lightly, but if I ever do, I'll be ordering my product from here. Come to think of it, they are so nice I will order new carpet from them because of their great service and attitude!
