We used Carefully Crafted Floors to refinish the existing oak hardwood floors throughout the home, replace old tile in the kitchen with new hardwood to match existing and fix multiple squeaks in the floors. Tom was very professional and responsive to our needs and had his crew come out multiple times to address the squeaks to our satisfaction. Our remodel project was stretched out longer than anticipated but Tom was able to accommodate our schedule. They were able to make a seamless transition where the old wood floors meet the new wood floors, matched the exact stain color we wanted and did a beautiful job. I had my existing hardwood floors refinished. I was looking to have composite floors done as well, but they could not refinish them once they were on site. They were able to match my hardwood to the composite, without being able to tell the difference between the two floors. The hardwood floors were in decent shape, but had knicks, scratches and looked very old. When they were finished, it looked like they laid brand new hardwood. They were prompt daily, they kept us informed of the progress and they really cleaned up after themselves, only leaving the dust that was beyond their work (inside cabinets, etc) Tom was great to work with, honest, friendly and professional. We hired Carefully Crafted Floors to install all the flooring and custom tile in the new home we recently built. Kristin & Tom helped us select the hardwood, carpet, and tile. I was especially pleased with the selection choices for tile in our bathrooms and showers. They had creative and unique design ideas for the tile we selected. In November 2016 we used Crarefully Crafted Floors to install hardwood in our living room and dining room. We never had hardwood before so had no ideas.
