I finally got someone on the phone today (Brad) who advised the company went "another way with this" and they would no longer offer this. His way to rectify it was to get me scheduled for a full cost oil change. I would never use this business for their lack of honesty, integrity, and character. Additionally, my mother dropped off an older truck since her rear window wouldn't roll down. After troubleshooting it they realized another part would be required that Toyota no longer made. Rather than charge mom labor for the work already done (which was a lot), they didn't charge her anything.
