I called to schedule thinking it would be at least a week or more but they were able to get to us in two days! They showed up on time and were friendly and were thorough in answering some of our questions about how to extend the life of our area rug and carpets. They cleaned the rug, couch, and a few rooms and added a protectant to the rug. I will say (and I feel like this is like anything) they did upsell and what we ended up paying was definitely more than we expected but I don't think that was on them really, we booked knowing the base cost they just did their job and sold us on extras.
