I felt like everyone actually knew what they were talking about and what they were doing. The guys showed up at our house on time, they were professional and friendly as well. They explained again the process, made some solid recommendations- did not feel like they were salesmen at all! She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it.
