There was a site manager there with team who provided good communication throughout work day. I was most impressed by the clean up. They make sure to walk with magnets around property and road to gather nails. They checked in with neighbors on both sides to alert them and made sure their areas were free from falling debris. I had NO flower, shrub, tree or yard damage after they finished - and I have a 3 story back yard.

They only came after I filed a BBB complaint. They did half the work (my upper roof is still leaking) They were supposed to return last Friday but no showed the appointment. Throughout this whole ordeal the owner has lied to me, called me names, cursed me out, and made fun of me. Two weeks ago he tried to gaslight me by saying "your roof isn't leaking" as if I don't live here and see the water dripping into a bucket. He has tried every way he can to some how make this my fault and blame me which makes no sense, I paid upfront- I held up my part of the deal. Every other employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, but the owner is running this disaster of a company straight into the ground. Most of their reviews are from employees. Don't waste a single moment of your consciousness on considering this company for anything, you will never get it. I currently have a BBB complaint submitted to try and recoup some of the money I paid. (I had a relative who worked here which is why I chose them, he no longer works there. I only add this because I imagine the owner would try and claim I gave a bad review due to that but I think the timeline and actions of the owner accurately show that is not the case.)

We asked around for a local roofer and received recommendations from 3 different people for Snyder Roofing. We called, and Rick returned our called that afternoon and happened to be in our area, so he stopped by. Called the next day with a verbal estimate. Rick was very open and honest regarding our roof problem and the fact that there may be some hidden issues due to the roof age, etc. He made us feel very comfortable with his repair ideas and processes. We signed a contract 2 days later (Sunday). Rick, his son Mitchel, and a work crew of 5 arrived promptly Tuesday morning. The job was complete by noon Wednesday. The company moto, "We will put the same quality into your roof as if it were our own home", is absolutely true. Rick and Mitchell kept us informed continuously throughout the project! Cleanup was extensive. There was no trace of dirt or damaged plantings. After speaking with several of their previous clients, my wife and I decided to go with Snyder and selected the Timberline line of GAF for the shingles. Since Snyder is a certified GAF installer, it came with a lifetime warranty. Their team worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left each day. Monday morning, 8 a.m., I called Bachman's Roofing and within an hour I had an appointment for Thursday, January 15, 8 a.m., for a roof inspection. Jason Miller arrived at my home and began the inspection, both in the bathroom and quite extensively in the attic. He found some raised nails, which he immediately began to repair. He worked on the roof, repaired the nails and a few other spots, and closed the door to the exhaust fan. I could tell during the installation that it did not look right. no level used. They left the outside unfinished with no trim. I called to complain and they sent someone out and put the trim on with 2 little nails and it bent and came loose Soon after. The screen door keeps falling off because the door is not level. they sent someone to try and fix that and they told me sorry it's just not fitting correctly. Truly, I need the whole door taken out and redone. I looked at a review and one of them was from their scammer sales person. Think twice before you book a job with them. They basically told me they just send out unvetted contractors. so who knows who will be coming to your house.
