As I was browsing another item, the cashier called out and asked me to exchange the dollar I had just given her because she claimed her customers wouldn't accept it. She said it looked "too old." I explained it was real U.S. currency, suggested she test it or take it up with the bank, and reminded her the transaction was already completed. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she insisted on a new bill. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. If this store is going to accept cash, they need better training on how to handle legal tender and treat paying customers with courtesy. I always shop here. Will rethink future purchases.

It is a wholesale dealer that sells something that did not sell well in other stores at a nice discount. Some of the items are imperfect products. I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. The service is ok you have to be mindful when you are ringing items up that they won't overcharge you - I'm sure they don't intend to but sometimes there are so many items the prices on the tags aren't always updated correctly.

Clerk and store manager were extremely rude and accused her of wanting to exchange old merchandise previously bought (curtains, they said it was the same cloth), despite having the receipt in hand. This despite both her (she speaks limited english) and myself explaining the situation. Beware when doing your shopping here. These guys are crooks, simple as that. I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. Getting no refund or credit after just one day of use is unacceptable. I won't be using their services again, and caution others to think twice before purchasing from this store.
