The walls and ceiling look amazingly smooth, practically like the walls of a brand new construction rather than a 100+ year old house! He also was so considerate and accommodating and a great communicator. His high-quality workmanship paired with his kindness and dependability made us feel very lucky to have found him. He also worked well under less than ideal circumstances. We were doing major electrical renovations and as a result only a few outlets worked in the entire house. For a large part of the project we had no working air conditioner and it was very hot outside. Without any complaints, Chris made it work, despite hardly any lighting or cool air or outlets for fans! Although I did receive the service charge quote from others, Scott Griffith of Xtreme Mechanical actually gave me the best idea of what I might expect to pay on an hourly basis (though I understand that quoting specifics of a job really have to be done in person and not over the phone). And he was the only one who committed to an early schedule while others could not because they had no access to their dispatch calendar at the time. I think that as service manager, this gave Scott an advantage to make that decision and I'm grateful he did so.
