I spilled roughly 3 lattes worth ~ 20ish ounces of milk and coffee on my passenger floorboard that seeped down into the nooks and crannies of my carpet fiber. After sopping up what I could Jon took over and added his professional touch. 3 hours of hard labor next, he successfully managed to rid the carpet of as much liquid as possible. Wasn't too happy with my detail work. Every time I get my car detailed EVERYTHING gets cleaned. It's a little pricey, for just an interior detail. I never asked what my package included, that was my fault but I do remember a detail almost always includes an exterior wash at least. Unfortunately none of the outside of my car was touched. Also a lot of small things like my pedals weren't cleaned off or stains on the middle console, steering wheel. read more

I can't believe this dude only has one review, because he's phenomenal and people ought to know about it. I'm kicking myself because I should've taken before and after photos -- the cleaning he did was MIRACULOUS, and I was flipping out 3 hours later when I saw the finished results. I have serious allergies to dust and dogs, and had just purchased a very dusty used car from a couple that owns two dogs. They swore they were gonna clean it out before selling it to me... but they didn't. Plus, the car kinda smelled like musty wet dog in general, and it needed a damn good deep-cleaning all around. Jon arrived perfectly on time that day, and went above and beyond, using all of his own equipment and supplies. And for a great price! The end result was like one of those TV makeover shows, or seeing someone you know who has lost 200 pounds. I was nearly screaming from sheer joy! All of the dust and grime -- GONE. My 2008 Nissan Altima looked FLAWLESS. And it smelled so fresh and clean! I swear, if the car itself weren't 13 years old, you would think that I had just picked it up from a fancy rent-a-car place. Fresh carpets, fresh leather, fresh smells -- every single ounce of dust and dog hair, vanished. The man is an absolute machine. I cannot recommend him enough. My sense of smell and my easily-triggered sinuses are so happy, and my eyes are also quite pleased with the results whenever I look around my super-fresh car. Plus, Jon is a super friendly guy who waited an extra 15 minutes for me to come back downstairs after I received a phone call about a personal emergency, and he wasn't annoyed and didn't judge -- he was just super sweet all around, and is a mega-nice family man who really cares about his 3 kids. This is the sort of hard-working individual I'm very happy to give my money to. What's crazy is that, the "friends" who sold me this car also sold it to me with some mechanical issues that I had no idea about. However, Jon has a great eye for these things, and he pointed them out so that I could go get them fixed. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding attention to detail. Jon usually books many days in advance but he was he able to fit me in after a couple days. Had him detail our 2013 Honda Pilot. Good communication and he showed up early. He explained everything he would do for the interior detail - cleaned all surfaces, reconditioned the leather and shampooed the carpets. Despite his caution that some of the scuffing and leather may not cleanup great due to age and severe dirtiness, the entire detail came out great. The interior looked brand new. Jon responded to my inquiry about getting my CX-5 detailed. My car wasn't super dirty but I've owned it now for a couple years and I wanted to get it detailed because I had a few stains and I also wanted to maintain the car and keep it looking good. Jon was accommodating to my schedule and was super responsive. We rescheduled a couple times and he was able to fit me in. Jon took his time with detailing my car and he did an excellent job with getting all the nooks and Crannies of the car clean. He removed the stains that were on the seat and cleaned the carpets on the car very well and the old set in stains were gone. The exterior of the car looked great, he applied wax to it so that should keep the paint looking good for a longer amount of time. The tires also looked great and clean. He was able to get minor scratches out, and overall my car looks shiny and new and smells nice and fresh! I'd definitely recommend Jon to my friends and family! read more

Over promised and under delivered. I was told the engine compartment would be hosed down (not done), rims were not addressed, I was told the interior would be shampooed (not done), exterior detail (not done or poorly done), still had debri stuck to the windshield, left a message with no response. He rents a space at an impound/repair shop so you have no access to your vehicle during the detail. The only thing done as promised was the interior dash, vents, door panels, interior vacuum. I wish I took before and after photos ‍ I have a 2005 Saturn Vue with cloth seats. Driver seat was pretty bad with jeans/pants rubbing off over the years, sunscreen, etc. Passenger seat had water stains from a recent spill. Jon made them look like new!! He was also very accommodating to my schedule. He came to my work and I explained my time restraints due to being on a zoom call. He worked around my schedule and overall did an amazing job!
