Edward Goon's wife hired my husband 5 years ago to do landscaping at her home. He wasn't even on the contract bid or did not own the home at the time. He was unhappy with the job my husband did. He has never not once shown any proof of his allegations toward the work done. He has never engaged in any legal discourse with his allegations for the landscaping job. It's more then likely he did not have any money to contract the job himself and felt emasculated at the time that his wife/then girlfriend owned the home. Instead he acts like a coward and like most cowards chooses to sit behind their computer and write whatever they want about someone with NO PROOF or anything to stand by their claims. He has since harassed our entire family by stalking us at open air markets in Parker, CO, assaulting my husband, and spewing profanities at my business market. He has left several defamatory allegations on several websites spewing hate and lies with nothing to back up his claims. He has also harassed us at our home and via our neighbors, he drives by our home and leaves neighborhood warnings on our porch. We have several video's of him driving by our home via our security cameras. He has NO REASON to EVER drive by our home as we live on a VERY PRIVATE street that is not a way out of the complex. We have filed a police report against him and have also had our attorney's send cease and desist letters to him. We have also contacted our Home Owner's Association and let them know of the harassment, defamatory statements and letters he's been distributing. He continues to write these defamatory statements even though he has been warned by both law enforcement and our attorneys. We are now engaging in further legal actions against him as he continues to write defamatory statements as seen above. We have had it with this individual. He writes that we have been running for 12 years? We live up the street from him and drive by his home daily because he lives on the street that leads to the exit of our complex. You will know him when you see him because, he is very short, most likely with a short man's complex, and most definately a VERY small penis. He is in his late 60's and chooses to spend his golden years being a coward keyboard warrior and troll. This man has NOTHING better to do then to sit behind his computer like a coward writing hateful statements, for the last 5 YEARS!!!. For the record he has NEVER engaged in ANY business with my husband's auto business mentioned above so he should not even be commenting here. I am sure we are not the only victims of this short man's hate and coward behavior, sitting behind his computer.

Upon completion, I was told, of course, that all of the work was done. 2 weeks later when I returned to have the wrap touched up, I'm told by the installer Luke, that only the surface of the wheels were ceramic coated, because the shop didn't have jack pucks to remove the wheels to coat the surface, barrels, and calipers. Troy tried to act like he didn't know, but the installer told him as soon as the work order was reviewed. I started asking more questions as soon as I stopped getting straight answers. This guy started closing bank accounts and avoiding phone calls. When I could reach him he was talking about other businesses that he owns and a bunch of problems that had nothing at all to do with me or the money he owed. He even had the knerve to tell me that his business was "faith based", but the amount of outright lies I was told by this guy, there's no way he knows God. (The installer, Luke, was actually the owner of the shop I brought the truck to in Watkins, CO. Luke did a great job on the wrap, but Troy presented it like Luke worked for him, which is not true). The wrap was completed in October 2024 and even by the time of this review, I have never been reimbursed, even partially, for the work not done. Troy gave me a sad story that his son is sick and he doesn't have insurance, but felt like stealing my money was only fair. I would never recommend doing business with this individual AT ALL! Troy told me he was opening a shop in Parker, CO working with a different installer. I would stay as far away from this guy as possible. Element Auto or Revv Auto. On Yelp I found that he has another business called "Allure Aeshetics"...but it's all the same liar!

Friendly people, if you can get ahold of someone BUT I would not get a clear film protection installed on the windshield. They don't have the correct film, maybe it's the same file they use for the body - even the guy taking off the film said they don't have the correct film for the windshield. It's like looking through beer goggles while driving. Found this place on Google with top reviews, which now I'm surprised. My mom just bought a brand new Toyota and I wanted her to get the file on the windshield because of all the rocks in CO. She already had the body film protection installed from factory. Well, she called and scheduled and they said she can to wait for the car in their "new waiting room" - it will take about two to three hours. She was there probably 20 minutes and it was done She called me and said it was really blurry and the whole windshield wasn't covered only the middle part I called a few friends/places and they said depending on the temperature it might take a few days to two weeks to settle and look good. Three weeks later (I was out of state) and I finally test drove the car - it's horrible, I actually got a headache after driving for about ten minutes. I'm amazed at how bad it was and that they actually let someone drive like that for safety concerns. Not to mention an older lady. Scheduled an appointment yesterday to come in today and fix it. Well, she gets there today and the guy that was there didn't know anything about the appointment. He said even if he reinstalled the clear film, it would be the same as they don't have the correct film for the windshield. ‍‍ So he just pulled the film off and said to call Ernest for a refund. I will update this review and add a couple stars when the owner, Ernest finally calls me back and sends a refund and makes this right. Not much to say, just a bunch of wasted time on the phone and in person at this point. Update 10/19/25 The owner did call back apologized, offered a refund and to redo the windshield when the new roll of film comes in with their mobile service. Appreciate owners like this actually caring about the customers, the business reputation and owning up to what happened.

When I arrived, the shop appeared unclean and disorganized. There was limited staff available, and I had to speak with the owner by phone to confirm details about the job, including matching the front tint to the factory rear windows. After picking up the vehicle, several issues were immediately noticeable. The tint did not match the agreed specification, and there was visible dust and debris left after polishing. I returned multiple times to have the tint corrected, but each attempt still resulted in bubbles or contamination under the film. The PPF and ceramic coating also required rework on multiple areas. During this process, I observed damage to my vehicle, including razor blade cuts on the door and front grille. The owner acknowledged the issue and offered to repair it; however, after their attempt, the damage to the door appeared worse. An insurance claim was filed on October 30, 2025. While the claim has now been paid, the process took several months, and I am now taking my vehicle to a separate body shop for proper repairs. Additional concerns included PPF peeling on the rocker panel. Although I was told this was covered under warranty, I was unable to secure a repair appointment despite repeated follow-ups. The windshield film installation also continues to show visible quality issues. This experience required multiple visits, time off work, and ultimately outside repairs. I recommend reviewing all factors carefully before choosing this shop.

I have a membership right down the road at Vibe but figured I would check out Mister Car Wash for…read moremy new car since I have not signed this car up for a car wash membership yet. When I pulled up the first thing that bothered me is that the guy was showing me his tablet with the different car washes on it, but first only shows me the most expensive wash. I just wanted a basic one. Then asked for a tip when a machine washes my car and then I have to be the one to clean the interior?? Once my car goes through the wash, I notice that the back of my car did not get cleaned at all and I had to later in the day hand clean that. Another joke about this place is that they charge for using towels, when all the other car wash places right next to them don't. Wiping down my car is an essential part of getting it cleaned. The vacuums definitely did not have as good of suction. Overall, extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. Really nothing good at all about this car wash. Definitely sticking with Vibe, this place is delusional.
