Then went back following weekend for Tramp Stamp and that was even more challenging workout on a trampoline. I wish more class times during week. But definitely will be adding this workout and studio to my workout routine. Also love the sense of community with the women and staff. Feel a sense of belonging from Day 1. Also love that founders are Rockettes & Jersey Girls hidden gem and glad I found them.

Zoom booth - soundproof booth for those needing complete privacy during their zoom, podcast, etc. sessions 3. Sparkling water, still water, a couple wines on tap! And ice of course. 4. The classes are consistently amazing and "Most" instructors are top-notch. My only gripe is when classes get packed beyond reason. For example, a few Saturdays ago I took a Power class that had well over 40 people. I'm not sure if it was the instructor's popularity, but I've never seen a Saturday class that crowded. Overall, the instructor was good, but not sure why the class would be that packed. It's hard to move or even fully stretch when you're practically mat-to-mat. A simple solution might be to offer two Power classes back-to-back on weekends to help ease the crowding. When you see that one class has that many students, over 40, it would make more sense to split it or add a back-to-back session. It's just not ideal to be so tightly packed when you need space to move and stretch. Early mornings are definitely the best if you want to avoid the overcrowding. Other than that, I absolutely love this studio and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid yoga practice.
