Let me begin by saying that Ryan and his crew are extremely trustworthy and professional. In our 1868 Victorian home, Ryan and his crew removed all of the old fiberglass insulation from remodels we'd done over the years and installed closed-cell insulation in the attic ceilings and floor. I'll admit that when I saw the large amounts of old insulation being removed, I seriously wondered if I had made the right decision. Rather than jumping to conclusions, I waited until I could compare our December 2024 PG&E gas bill with our December 2025 bill. Since we heat our home with a gas furnace, my focus was on gas usage rather than electricity. In December 2024, our house was cold--uncomfortably so. The furnace cycled on and off constantly throughout the day, and we experienced significant temperature swings. The old insulation simply could not hold heat. Fast forward to December 2025. While our gas usage in therms was similar, the outcome could not have been more different. Our home is now warm and comfortable. We keep the thermostat at about 72 degrees during the day, and at night we set it to 62--yet the temperature holds steady around 66 degrees all night. In other words, the heater doesn't even come on after we go to bed. The result is a dramatically more comfortable home with no increase in gas usage. I expected our December 2025 bill to be through the roof, but instead it remained essentially the same--with vastly better performance and comfort. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm so glad I put my trust in Ryan. We finally have a warm home during the coldest month of the year, and going forward we will be using less therms per month.

There was an active rat infestation in one of the attics and they acted quickly - cleaned and sanitized all spaces where rodent activity was found, pulled out all the appliances and cleaned, cleaned the duct work, and did a very thorough walkthrough of the home to find and close entry points (and there were a lot of entry points, sigh). Everyone I have worked with have all been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Jorge Hernandez, Allan Pablo, Armando, Tom Best. The job is so incredibly thorough and they are on top of the follow up maintenance. I am very happy I went through this company to get this house cleaned up.

Wesley suggest someone named Neo that works with him. I texted Neo and we selected a date and Neo choose 9AM as my schedule was open for the day. On the day of the appointment; 9AM came and went. I texted Neo to ask if I had the date wrong and did not receive a response for over 30 minutes. When he did respond; he stated that he would be at my home if 15 minutes. I texted back that I was not at home. As I was pulling into my driveway, I saw a truck loaded with work materials pull up and stop across my driveway. I got out of the car and came into the house. Once inside, I did a quick task and went back to the front door to close and lock all the doors. As I Iooked outside, I saw the same truck parked across the street. The guy got out of the truck, walked up my stairs and rung my door bell. I do not know if he was drunk or high but there he was. His excuse was that he has something happen with his child. He insisted on coming in and taking a look. I declined. He insisted several times. I told him to get off my property and that I would be calling the office to let them know what had happened. I did call their office and let the receptionist know what had happened. She apologized. I tried to call Wesley to talk to him and left a voicemail. I never received any response. As a Black Women that has lived in Oakland for a long time...... I would not recommend this business to anyone especially women. As a good client, you should be heard and respected always!
