I requested a quote on Yelp for radiant barrier installation in my attic space, and within a minute I got a call from a very nice representative who scheduled my appointment right away. On the day of my appointment, I received a text from their field technician, Samim, letting me know he was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes -- and he did, right on time. He was polite, introduced himself professionally, and was wearing protective gear and shoe guards to keep our floors clean. He went up to inspect our attic and explained that, given how our roof ridges are constructed, a radiant barrier installation wouldn't provide much benefit. He showed me photos and walked me through the reasoning clearly. It's rare to find a company that's upfront and honest instead of trying to upsell you on something you don't need. December 2025. Wesley came by and looked at my space and gave me an estimate. I mentioned that I am also looking for a reliable handyman. Wesley suggest someone named Neo that works with him. I texted Neo and we selected a date and Neo choose 9AM as my schedule was open for the day. On the day of the appointment; 9AM came and went. I texted Neo to ask if I had the date wrong and did not receive a response for over 30 minutes. When he did respond; he stated that he would be at my home if 15 minutes. I texted back that I was not at home. As I was pulling into my driveway, I saw a truck loaded with work materials pull up and stop across my driveway. I got out of the car and came into the house. Once inside, I did a quick task and went back to the front door to close and lock all the doors. As I Iooked outside, I saw the same truck parked across the street. The guy got out of the truck, walked up my stairs and rung my door bell. I do not know if he was drunk or high but there he was. His excuse was that he has something happen with his child. He insisted on coming in and taking a look. I declined. He insisted several times. I told him to get off my property and that I would be calling the office to let them know what had happened. I did call their office and let the receptionist know what had happened. She apologized. I tried to call Wesley to talk to him and left a voicemail. I never received any response. Finally! A conclusion to the everlasting saga of pests. First off, the company as a whole is great. We were having an issue with rats in the attic, and we also knew our insulation up there was old and sparse. Attic pros came in and removed all the old insulation (found a few rats along the way) and put in new quality materials. Immediate impact on our heating, and they took care around the house to keep our living space protected and clean. Now for the rats - it was 3 months of constant activity. Continued calls trying to figure out how they were getting in. Over and over we had people on the roof, in the attic, and we kept hearing that there were no holes or ways in. But we kept hearing and trapping rats. Finally we got Raonel to come out. He was the first one to pull back the insulation, and he found there was a pipe from an old remodel that wasn't connected to anything, except a pathway from the crawl space to the attic. He went under the house and found it was right near the sewer line, and he found tunnels dug around the sewer line. All this time we thought we had roof rats, but they were sewer rats. Raonel put wire all over the ingress area, foam, dirt, traps... he was thorough and really helped solve the problem. It's been months and months of trying to solve this problem. Finally we have a solution. Can't thank him enough. Bonus points to Attic Pros that there was never any frustration or resistance to all of our calls. Hired this company based on good yelp reviews and a thorough inspection for the job. Everything went downhill thereafter. The overall experience was extremely disorganized making me want to pull out my hair. Scheduling was a nightmare--crews were scheduled and didn't show, or were wrongly scheduled and I had to follow up to correct. The project was delayed mid-way because they ran out of materials and struggled to coordinate a solution. In this disorganization, despite asking to communicate with only the job lead (who agreed), I continued receiving messages from different schedulers, which added to the confusion. I was notified via txt/email and two voice calls to pay the invoice even before the job was completed. I spoke to the job lead about this problem and he said he would take care of it- ten minutes after getting off the phone with him, I get a call from another employee informing me that the invoice was due. On the third day of the job, an entirely different crew and foreman showed up without explanation. Most aggravating in all of this was that I was constantly prompted to rate employees at every interaction regardless of significance- even when an employee just left a short voicemail confirming scheduling. This became a major annoyance given all my calls to the company trying to straighten out their disorganized operations. Once the job was finally completed and paid for, there was no follow-up despite my complaints. The workers themselves were polite and did their best, but the company's lack of organization made this a frustrating experience overall. There are a lot of other companies out there that do what Attic Pros does- my recommendation is to go with one of them. read more

I had reached out via Yelp to deal with a mouse that had entered our home through our garage and discovered it was living through an open space underneath our kitchen cabinet supports. Jeremy came out to give a free consult and estimate and saw our existing setup of sticky and mechanical traps and said it was a good start, and said they could also supplement that by installing wire grating around the open spaces or even fill with foam filler. Fortunately hours after he left, one of our traps finally caught the mouse and service was no longer required. Attic Pro's came in and cleaned up my crawl space rat infestation. It was a little bit expensive but these rats were a menace. Once they secured everything, we had a couple of rats that were stuck they found their way out again and they came back to fix the holes but one rat somehow escaped all the baits all the time and was stuck. Finally, Jorge Hernandez came in and managed to catch the last rate and fix a last entrance all the way up in the roof. He was really good and thanks to Jorge's efforts we secured all entry points. We have had a great experience with Attic Pros. We needed mice inspection and Tom came to assess the situation. He also saw other red flags in our crawlspace and made suggestions. Tom is great and very responsive. He answered all of my questions at our first meeting and very responsive with messages when we had further questions. I called for a quote on removing a rat that was stuck in a grate under my house. These bozos wanted $800! I literally needed the guy to repeat it because it was so ridiculous. I called an exterminator and had it taken care of for $50, including "sanitation of the area" which is what the Attic Pro guy said was the reason for the high quote. Ive had issues with the company getting rid of the live squirrel in my attic. I heard it running about all day long for 3 days until Jorge Hernandez arrived today to open a vent and a pipe so the squirrel had an exit! I actually saw it leap out of the vent into my rose tree and I was estatic!!! Finally, the squirrel won't terrorize me any longer!
