A little Gem in Ringgold and Ft. O...of all the nail salons in the area Irene and her family run a great salon. Not the most updated and modern business but the quality, care, and customer service is the at the top. A family run business which I prefer and probably the best pedicure I have every had. Family members recommend business who had other services that were very happy with the quality and customer service. Highly recommended! read more

I have been here several times and they always do a good job and reasonably priced but today I ask for a simple design that turned out nothing like the sample and I wish I had stuck to plain! This was for a wedding so needless to say a little disappointed. They are not friendly and don't even try to communicate in english, only amoung themselves so bring a book or smart phone! read more

One of the safest places I've been. They take only by appointment, you MUST use hand sanitizer and wear a mask before you enter, they take your temperature when you arrive, you have to fill out a waiver then they seat you for you pedicure or manicure. They wear masks, wash their hands and place a shield between you. They wipe everything down when people leave. Never more than 2 people in at a time when I've been there. I absolutely love Pretty Nails!!!! I've been going there since 2012. Mike, Anne, Brian and Tam always do an amazing job. They are always very friendly. I am often complimented on how pretty the designs are on my nails. I allow them the freedom to use their creativity instead of demanding a particular design. I have recommend them to many of my friends who have remained loyal customers. I would disagree with anyone who claims they aren't friendly!!!! read more
