I just left from foxy nails I added some pictures one picture is Nail polish on my finger the red mark is where she had the drill. The next picture is Nail polish on the side of my finger. Then the other is the lady didn't pant the whole nail. The lady cut my cuticles at the end and before she could even cut them someone else's cuticle fell off of the clipper when she opened them. I'm not sure why the reviews are so poor for this place! Because to me, they exceeded my expectations and demands... Mr. Bin did my nails, and he was a very attentive and highly skilled technician. I did the most natural and healthier service on nails - the builder gel treatment and service. I have lots of sensitivities in my nails and Mr. Bin was very careful and precise, very skilled. He did an excellent job on my nails. I also did a pedicure, and I have to admit that my feet were not in the best shape when I came in! BUT WOW... they are beautifully smooth and just gorgeous now!!! Mr. BIN takes his time to provide the best and most detailed pedicure I have had in a VERY LONG TIME. Thank you, Mr. Bin. I have found my Dalton nail place, and I will be coming regularly from now on. I came here to refresh the dip color that I had on my fairly long natural nails. The tech prepped and started to soak off the dip that I already had on, and out of nowhere and completely without asking, he cut the tips off of my pinky and ring finger nails!!!! These are my natural nails that I have shaped into an almond shape and he completely ruined a months worth of growth because in his words, "your nails were so long that I thought they had tips." How about you ask before just chopping away at someone's body?!?! I was livid and visibly shaken to the point where I had tears in my eyes. He cut the nails so short that I had to completely reshape them! He never even apologized for his mistake. He just moved me to a different tech because he couldn't face his mistake and my obvious disappointment. At least the tech that took over was very nice and did the best job that she could. Still...I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! ...now I'll have to wait another month for these midget nails to catch up...I'm so disappointed! read more

I have been here 3 times and have been disappointed all 3 times. Everyone I talk to raves about Foxy, but that's not the case for me. 1st set I had done here were extremely bumpy. 2nd time I came here I asked for acrylic and was given gel. 4 nails fell off with a week. Today was my 3rd and final visit. The nail tech I was sat with was told I wanted acrylic. She asked me 4 times if I wanted gel instead. Finally she says "you'll have to move down to station 9. I don't know how to do acrylic" So I move down and sit with someone else. 1st she FORGETS to put acrylic on one of my thumbs. She literally puts the acrylic powder up. And I REMIND her that my thumb doesn't have acrylic on it yet. She brings the powder back out and does my thumb. But forgets to do a "marble" effect and then has to go back and do it. She then starts putting a top coat on and I have to REMIND her about the crystals. When I am done and am going up to the front to pay for my janky nails, I notice the first nail tech is actively doing acrylics on someone. She apparently learned without 30 minutes how to do acrylics. Horrible service and quality. read more

*UPDATE* I visited this nail salon a second time and had a less than stellar experience. Changing my rating because I'm not sure that my previous rave review is consistent with the service offered or whether it was a fluke. I was referred by a coworker to this nail salon. I'm very particular about my nails, and often times my friends are apologizing behind me on the way out for my less than thrilled attitude at other nail salons. I was apprehensive from the get go. I saw JR, who was able to get me in with an appointment on a fairly short notice. He was friendly, communicated with me on the shape, length, and other preferences before jumping in. There were only three people working, but I was impressed that they were open so late, with a closing time of 8pm. The gel color selection was up to date and on point with the latest trends. The regulars were friendly to me as well. It's not the most high-end or fancy looking, but they are efficient and affordable and I enjoyed my time in there. Ask for the pink wine! read more

Very disappointed. I usually have great results when I get my nails done...this was not the case this past visit. I came in to get a full acrylic set. Im not sure if the guy I saw was new, but he struggled to do my nails. The results weren't great. Lumpy acrylic and unevenly shaped nails. I've only had them since 12/26/2020, and the gemstones fell off and the nails started lifting. I had to take them off myself because they looked so bad. I went to get my nails and it was a flower design and they weren't doing it good. So I had requested a guy known as "Luis" to do them because he's done them before. And he didn't want to for whatever reason. He was just goofing around with the other employees. The other guy finished my nails after 2 hrs and they still came out bad. He yelled at me and said "THEY CANT LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME" and I just looked at him. Then he jerked my hand. I was so shocked because I drive and hour and 30 min to go there because I've never had a bad experience with them. I didn't want to be a Karen and not pay even though my nails looked bad. If ur looking for the best quality nail salon in Dalton unfortunately this is the best you will get. The quality isn't very good and the nails never last two weeks. My nails start falling off before or within a week. Also if you set up an appointment there will always be 5 people in front of you and you won't get seen for another hour so appointments are pointless here. I got my acrylics done here and I wanted to cry. The man who was filing and shaving down my fingernails was so rough I could hardly stand it. I felt like he did this because he was rushed. It was my first time getting acrylics done so I was not sure if that kind of treatment was normal or not. I went home to only notice that most of my nails were filed unevenly, and a few days later my pinky nail came off. Luckily, I made an appointment on a weekday to get it fixed and the lady completely changed all my nails. I liked my nails before leaving but when I got home I noticed a few were crooked and there are huge lines where my natural nails are.
