I was there during christmas - which is either the best time or the worst time to judge a store. The lines were crazy, merchandise strewn about but that's because of the people who just wantonly disregard public property. Leaves me wondering if Ross could put a no tolerance policy out there that ejected people from the store whose kids run wild or who are caught putting a half opened box of wine glasses on the shoe area. At the very least, a suspension. Don't put up with it Ross! All in all, an okay store where i found a metal chameleon and a giant clock. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Just less choice than TJ Maxx but much neater and more peaceful and pleasant than Ross. This one is located in between the JC Penny and the Big Lots store on Trenton and 281. When they first opened they had more merchandise. Because of a lack of customers they have cut back; there is a lot more space between racks, and fewer items on the racks. However, if you can't find what you're looking for at TJ Maxx or Marshalls, you may get lucky and find it here. It's certainly more peaceful. I hope they get more customers and will increase the merchandise again and give more competition to the other retailers.

I purchased the tires online and scheduled an appointment for installation. When I arrived at the appointed time, my car went right in. The clerks and auto personnel were friendly, thorough and did a great job. I had never needed to remove one of the tires from this car, so I didn't even know there was a special tool to take off the cap that hides the lug nuts. When the associate started working on it, he called me to ask if I knew where that special tool was. I didn't know, but suggested he look where the jack is in the back. A moment later he let me know that's where he found it. Before I left, he showed me where it is in case I ever needed it. Like I said, great service.
