I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. As time was a factor, having Lucas respond the following day with a very reasonable bid, based on the options we discussed and with the added benefit of him being ready to get the work completed in a short amount of time really meant a lot. A week later the roof was pouring into the building. When called he said he'd be out to fix it. A few days later he came and did "repairs". 2 months later a rain hit and we could swim inside our business. Called and he's "busy" sends another person to "fix" the roof with some sealant. Gave the run around. Another mild rain come and it is STI'll leaking! When called again his response is "I gave you a new roof, put more money in it to fix it!
