One of the worst landscaping services I know in Yuba City! They violated my trees without asking my permission to go on to my property. Not only did they damage my trees they damaged all my neighbors trees that were facing the River Oak apartment complex. Shame on the apartment manager for not communicating to the residential community. In addition, when spoke with Rodriquez landscaping employee they disregarded us and when called the owner of this business he hung up on our conversation and took no responsibility or accountability. The yard at the house we just bought is completely bare. I set up a project here through Yelp and got several estimates. Pascual was very responsive and provided terrific input. We were thinking of just adding sod, and that's exactly what the other companies provided estimates on. Pascual, however, pointed out the benefits of adding a concrete walkway along the side of the house in addition to a few other details we hadn't thought of. He said he was going to the house to give me an estimate and he never showed up. I called him and he said he was on his way right now. He never showed up, stopped taking my calls and never called me back. I lost my trust in him. One should be honest and truthful. When you say yes then your yes should be yes and your no is no but why lie? I'm editing my comment as he still continues with more lies. I am so happy with how my landscaping project turned out. I was impressed with Pascual, the owner. His text and email communication was very responsive. He was punctual. He provided me with a detailed estimate that was quite reasonable for my project. He picked out all the trees and bushes and I was very pleased with the quality. Started by texting this company for an appointment for yard service. They showed interest in coming out to give me an estimate and if I recall the owner came out within a day. The owner reviewed my front and backyard and told me how his company would go about completing the task. He said he would text or call me in two days with a price. Never called or texted back after three days. So, I called figuring they are busy they forgot about me. The person I spoke with, I assume was his wife, told me they didn't forget about me he just getting the estimated price together. We'll, that was another false statement because no communication for a few days. So, I figure a landscaper brushing me off, nothing new considering this generation of workers in any field. But a few days later I received a text from the wife saying they are getting the price together and will get back to me. As you can guess never heard from them again. Listen, if you don't intend to do the job just say so instead jerking people around, not only unprofessional but not good for business. But in this day and age nobody really gives a crap anymore. Seriously, like the yelp saying goes, if I could give a ZERO I would. Update: a month later I found a dependable landscape company and they did a wonderful job, and were very professional and most importantly they came out and did the job and didn't play landscaper merry-go-round with their potential customers. Pascual came out and saw the several very mature trees along 2 sides of our house that needed removal, the overgrown hedges that also needed removal and a large tree that needed dead branches cut out. He was personable and knowledgeable and gave a reasonable estimate to do it all. I like that we were able to do most of our communication by email. Within days he and his crew were here to do the job. They carefully moved everything that was in the way, patio furniture etc., and put it all back when they were done. The huge job was done in just a few hours. They cleaned all of the debris away leaving our patio cleaner than it was when they got here. We are so pleased with the Rodriguez's sprinkler and drip irrigation work. The job had some complications with a lot of potted plants, planters, trees and shrubs, etc. Far beyond the typical grass yard. They knew how to set up the sprinklers for differing water delivery amounts for different plants. They were very careful in installing the system in existing landscaping so as not to disturb plants. They showed up on time with enough people and finished in two days. Pascual did a great job explaining the control box and how the new system works. Pascual said to call if we have any problems.
