Thing big. Big room, beds, sitting area with couch and swivel TV, big bath. We did an overnight here and were pleased with what we got for $89. Plus there's a great BBQ place across the street. The man in charge was pleasant and even had a sense of humor. This was a last minute pick and a fortunate one.

It's unassuming on the outside, but the rooms are huge, the bathroom is remodeled, and the staff is very friendly. We had a great stay.

Really love the bathrooms with dual sinks and the water pressure was really good in the showers. The bed was a little lumpy in the rooms we were in and the bed itself was very soft... There were some knicks and marks in the rooms too so I think they might need a little refresh soon. The mattresses in the rooms we were in really needed to be replaced. Good location and easily walkable to main street. Very easy access to get into the parking from the HWY and they have a Starbucks inside the property. Overall we had a great stay and will consider to stay again when we're in Black Hawk.

I have been a frequent patron for approximately three years, visiting 2-3 times a week. I am an ELITE member and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars here. I have always treated the staff respectfully and have regularly shown my appreciation for their work. Tonight, I played more than $10,000 and participated in the casino's Mercedes-Benz promotion/finale. After leaving a table, I had $400. The casino's surveillance later confirmed that I had $400 at the table. I went to the bathroom, then immediately checked the money in my hand and confirmed with my partner that I still had $400 before going directly to the cage. I handed the money to the cage employee, who said I had given them only $300. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told to "look on the floor," and another employee suggested I may have lost the money in the bathroom. I requested a manager. The manager initially said surveillance showed only $300 at the cage, but after reviewing the table footage, he confirmed that I had $400 there. Despite that confirmation, I was told I must have lost the additional $100 somewhere between the table, bathroom, and cage. I asked to see the surveillance footage so the matter could be resolved objectively. I was refused and told I would need to subpoena it through court. The manager's conduct was especially concerning. He personally represented himself as the "head manager" and highest-ranking manager at the entire casino. However, when I requested his name, business card, or any other identifying information so I could formally document the complaint, he refused. I also attempted to photograph his name badge and was told I could not. When I continued asking questions, I was told that security would be called if I did not leave. This is not about losing $100 while gambling. It is about a cash discrepancy, the lack of transparency, and how a legitimate concern was handled. The casino confirmed I had $400 at the table, I personally confirmed it before approaching the cage, and the cage employee said only $300 was received. I am asking management and corporate leadership to review the surveillance footage, cage transaction, employee conduct, and management response. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, transparency, and respect--regardless of their status or how much they spend. After three years of loyalty, I will be seriously reconsidering where I spend my money.

We LOVED the huge windows that opened up and let in fresh mountain air.. Especially the shower window! How amazing is a hot shower with cold nighttime mountain air?!? our room had a huge deck with lots of seating. We were kind of bummed that it rained, so we couldn't take full advantage of this! The check in was contactless, which was really nice. The hotel texted us when our room was ready, and included a passcode for the door to the room. It was nice to not have to keep track of any keys! This hotel is super close to Marion's in the Rockies restaurant, and they have a great breakfast. Walkability here is okay, but mostly to a few restaurants, a liquor store, and a dispensary. Downtown is really fun, but since we had kiddos with us, we drove down there and mosied around. This is a super nice hotel and an amazing town. We love Idaho Springs and can't wait to come back.

While traveling through Kansas, the roof material separated on our camper and we had to leave our camper in Golden, Colorado for inspection and insurance. This was a devastating twist for our travel plans. I called Amy for lodging as we were trying to make our way and Idaho Springs since we had lost our camper and no place to stay. Amy was extremely professional and took immediate care of me and put us in the last air-conditioned room she had on a hot June night. The next morning, Rachel was extremely sweet to also take very good care of us bringing us ice and accommodating laundry needs. They clearly quoted the prices and explained what was available when I spoke with Amy on the phone. I could not give 10 stars on this review so the most they get is five. Thank you Rachel and Amy for turning a extremely difficult situation into as pleasant a one as it could be. Thank you.

I don't know if I can say enough good things about Club Hotel…read more The entire experience had a bed-and-breakfast feel without being a traditional bed-and-breakfast. Check-in was fantastic, and the hospitality and friendliness set the tone for the entire stay. We stayed on the first floor in The Stanley, and the room felt surprisingly spacious thanks to the high ceilings. The bathroom was large, the room was exceptionally clean, and thoughtful touches were everywhere. The soaps were great, there were plenty of towels, and we appreciated having pour over coffee and creamers available both in the room and on each floor. They provide a couple of bottles of water and a lotion as well. One thing we really enjoyed was that the hotel never felt crowded or busy. There wasn't always someone stationed at the front desk, which may not be for everyone, but for us it made the place feel more like a home than a hotel. Coming and going felt effortless and comfortable. The location is excellent - just a block from Miner Street and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Idaho Springs has to offer. The complimentary parking across the street was another huge plus, especially since free parking can be hard to find in town. The history of the building adds to the charm, and it's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into preserving that character while creating a comfortable place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I truly loved everything about my stay, from the ease of the keycard for my room, to being able to log into my streaming services on the TV (and be automatically logged out after check out). They have room service from the steakhouse right next door, and it is fantastic. A very streamlined, well done hotel experience. They also take care of your parking if you park in the lot adjacent to the hotel; everything is within walking distance anyway! For anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway or lodging for an event in Idaho Springs, I'm not sure there is a comparison. Thank you!!
