I contacted Dmitriy and he sent me an email with a proposal detailing his tinting services, film options, and pricing tiers. I asked him many questions and he was always very informative and responsive in answering those questions. I chose the i3, a 3 layer nano ceramic film which offered all of the percentages and protection I was looking for all in one line. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I carefully inspected his work. All I can say is that Dmitriy is an absolute perfectionist and a dedicated craftsman. His meticulous attention to detail is second to none and above reproach. While no tint job is 100% flawless, his work on my vehicle came as close as humanly possible to looking like a factory finish. He even included an assortment of swag in my vehicle. We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee.
