He responded quickly to our initial inquiry, patiently answered detailed questions, responded even on weekends, and was extremely flexible with a tight pre-move schedule. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days. Pablo and Ryan were both meticulous during the final walkthroughs and took care of even very small touch-ups without nickel-and-diming us. The quality, communication, flexibility, professionalism, and overall ease of working with them were excellent. We will absolutely call Next Gen again when we are ready for future painting projects.
