From their prompt and clear communication to their immaculate care of our home, no details were spared. Sara was efficient but thorough in her walk through of the home for the initial quote, she returned to walk through again with me before the start of the project with the painter to ensure we were all on the same page, and she was easy to connect with as I needed her during the timeframe. Mario arrived with his wife to help him prep and stage the painting areas. He worked tirelessly all day, had me check in during midway points to see how it was progressing and make sure we were happy, and worked a full work day without much of a break. We're big fans of Paint Denver and they'll be our go-to paint company from now on. We had most of the interior of our house painted, all except a couple of rooms we'd recently painted ourselves. Rob and Sarah were great to work with and gave us a good estimate with lots of detail and prompt communication. The bid was similar to others we'd received but the service was much better. Tess who is the first point of contact on the phones is absolutely lovely and so helpful. They make an excellent team. Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! They started on a Monday and were done by Thursday. That included most of our 2000 sq.ft house as well as all our kitchen cabinets (which now look absolutely amazing). His crew were neat, considerate, and very fast. They also did some substantial plaster repair to our 120 year old cracked walls. They must have taken photos of pictures to see where they belonged because everything ended up in the right places -- and we have a lot of stuff on the walls. It's a month later and we haven't yet found any spots that they've missed. I highly recommend Paint Denver. They have an honest small business feel and seem to really care about you having a good experience with them. I am unfortunately writing this negative review about Paint Denver because of the terrible customer service and horrible workmanship we experienced. I had my house painted in August of 2021. Per the contract they were to prep the house before painting. The painters they sent out did not prep and every time we asked them to prep a particular area they would give us attitude. Two painters painted the house in 1.5 days and did a horrible job. Now paint is peeling around every window and many trim areas not caulked and prepped properly so paint would stick. Trying to get in contact with the company from the very beginning was very frustrating. I would call and email multiple times with no response unless it was convenient for them. In August 2022 they came out to look at the problems, they blamed it on the caulk instead of just finding a solution. I explained to them that during the walk through estimate, I pointed out that the paint was bubbling around every window and would need to be removed, scraped and primed. I also explained this to the paint crew and they said they will make sure it's prepped. They didn't...however they finally said they will fix it and uphold the warranty. When the crew came out to fix the issue the office called and said they will need to come back out to check if the issues are still under warranty. The owner of PD was supposed to be there with the crew that came out to fix the problems and explain to them what needed to be done, he did not show up and the crew had no idea what their job was when they arrived( I have it in writing in a email that the owner was going to come also) At this point I was very frustrated with the company and told them that I will do the work myself. I have been very patient with them since day one and at this point I was through with their unprofessionalism. They already came out once and said they would honor the warranty. Also the owner of the company pretty much guaranteed that he will submit pictures of the hail damage to our insurance company and insurance will most likely pay for the house to be painted. After calling the insurance company they said they never received the pictures. I contacted the owner of paint Denver multiple times... he finally said he submitted the pictures, insurance told me the pictures were so bad they couldn't even tell what they were looking at. I once again contacted the owner of PD to see if he can resend them and no response for days. By this time PD has already painted my house and could not come out to take new pictures of original hail damage. So we ended paying full price after PD said most likely they will get insurance to pay for it... very disappointing that they would not fight for us or try to. All I got from the company was excuses for their horrible work and after paying full price I am stuck doing the work my self and fixing their mistakes. Jason G. read more
