The best. First to reply to my inquiry of fixing my iphone's LCD screen (I self diagnosed the issue and asked what the replacement price would be). Flat $100 fee, and they came to me. Made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! Tech came a bit late, but Michael (business owner) was very communicative so it was no problem at all and expected. The tech was very friendly, and finished the job in no time, and also confirmed the problem that I thought based on the symptoms and what was still working on the phone. Like he promised, 20 minutes, and the phone was back in my hands like new! Very friendly and helpful, and accepts all types of payment (give them cash you guys, they were happy with Zelle/Cash App). One note, give the tech a nicer vehicle when you guys can allow for it! His small car was a bit beaten up and it was a regular sedan - I was expecting a mobile van so that they had a proper work station. Took my iPhone for a repair, screen would overheat and stop working. Fixed the original issue, but now the Apple ID stopped working making the phone useless and Apple said its due to a part replacement and the repair needed to be finished. Contacted Mike who said thats just what it is because of the part replacement but nothing they can do. I asked for a refund since I didnt have this issue prior to the repair and the phone is now useless. Offered to give him the phone for parts and he agreed, only to claim later he isn't the owner of the business and they don't do refunds. Literally said he isnt sorry. very bad way to treat people and conduct business. Use at your own risk. not even worth the one star. read more

I'm clumsy and instead of setting my phone on the windowsill, I dropped it face first on to the tile floor. The screen did some weird code scroll thing and then went to black. Awesome. My coworker recommended this place as she was just there the day before for her daughters phone. She found them on Groupon and Repair Genius honored the price. My screen was fine but my LCD was ruined. Unfortunately you will have to replace the screen to get to the parts, but they honored the Groupon rate for that part for me. They also sold me a new tempered glass cover for 50% off. All in all, I got my phone fixed for $150, which is less than my insurance deductible. They guys were super friendly and worked quickly. I have known the owner for many years, so this may be a biased review... but I recently cracked my iPhone 6 screen and also had an issue with the LCD light from a year ago when I spilled gasoline on the phone. I knew Ricky had a phone repair store, so I reached out to him and he gave me a great price and advised me it would only be 15 min. Not only did it cost less than half of what an insurance claim would have cost me through t-mobile ($175 for a claim) but they also gave me a tempered glass screen protector for free. A customer also getting their phone repaired came in right before me and he told both of us that it would only take 15 minutes and sure enough 15 minutes later my iPhone 6 was ready to take home and worked like it was brand new. Horrible place to get your iPhone screen replaced! They advised me to do an alternate route with my purchased Groupon for it to benefit both of us. The Groupon was suppose to be cancelled but it never was. In the end, I had to paid double the original amount for a simple iPhone screen replacement. When I returned to see if I could get this issue resolved, I was refused a refund. Anthony stated that I could get "Groupon bucks" which isn't even possible and he made the sexist suggestion that I should apply those imaginary bucks toward getting my nails done-- which are seriously the least of my concerns being a college student. read more

I've taken my phones to other places before I knew about this one (CPR cell phone repair on Orange), and I've always had issues. I had to take my phone back there and even take up the problems with corporate to have them fixed. Not at Repair Genius! All I did was grab a bite to eat, and it was done! As happy I was to find them to be the cheapest phone screen repair in town.... I got what I paid for. The quality of the screen is clearly cheap and does not support 3D Touch on iPhone (which I use every day) When I brought it back to them because the forcetouch was not working, and the screen was not fitting in correctly, they were not understanding of the issue. Seemed as though their knowledge of how the 3D Touch works was extremely minimal. Would not recommend a screen repair here unless you want an iPhone 3G quality screen placed on your iPhone 7+, 8+, or X. Not the greatest place to go. customer service was great, however the work wasn't. I took my iphone 6 to get a new battery and screen replacement. screen was nice but they put a defective battery into my phone or a 3rd party battery. My phone wouldn't turn on the next day. I went back to there to tell them, they put in a new battery with no problem, but now my phone won't connect to wifi or bluetooth. I looked up the what was causing that and was told the antenna was broken. I then went back and told them that situation. They told me that happens to iphones and recommended me to restore my iphone in dfu mode. That didn't fix the problem as well. Now I have to buy a new phone cause apple told me It'll be a $300 fix. read more
