I called to have service done again over the same type of problems. They said since it had been 5 months it no longer applied. So now they don't even want to service the machine. The girl spoke with such a heavy accent she was almost impossible to understand and when i asked to speak to a supervisor because they cancelled without any notice to me, she hung up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
