This review is specifically for the Amazon returns drop off feature. Easy to process, no need to print return labels, counter is near the entrance, Staples staff were professional and courteous, provided drop off receipt, and the Staples store hours are better and more convenient than the actual Amazon hub locker drop off 2 blocks away. Appreciate the in store coupons available when you drop off a return here as well. read more

service requested - printing which was A+ for professionalism and compassion on an important rapid job. They got it done for $100 less than competitors up the street. Employees like Lina and her crew working in Sept 3 day shift went above and beyond proving customer service still exist. Lina got my project off the drive to print in 1 min when the competitor said 3-4 days on a rush order needed for out of town!!! She needs a bonus Corporate People. Feel bad for the good employees. They stuck with bad Managers and Corporate idiots. Staples is a dying business model. I go to the store at 18591 South Dixie Highway Cutler Bay, FL 33157. On the shelf I find two SSD Drives that I wanted and a 10TB backup USB Drive. I take the boxes to the counter. The broad begins to tell me they are for display only and that she can order them and I can come pick them up in a couple of days. WTF kind of store is that? Why would you have rows of the same item displayed in a secure box? I can get AMAZON to do that all day long and not have to put up with a Manager who is challenged by the concept of having it available now. She knows who she is. 04/13/2020 ~3:00 PM. All she could concentrate on is my "Foul mouth" for expressing the stupidity in what she was saying about ordering it and I could come back and pick it up in a few days. I think shes going to talk herself and the company right out of existence. I tried to support local but they just refuse to be able to deliver. I ended up buying everything at AMAZON. I came by Staples because I needed to buy the following: 1) bubble wrap. I needed some to put away some decorations. 2) Plastic bin. To store said decorations 3) Coin wrappers. Every year before a vacation I go thru a years worth of change I keep. So I separate them and put them in coin wrappers to give to the bank so I can get spending cash for my trip. Found all three items i needed in super quick especially because one store employee was nice enough to tell me where the bins were located as I couldn't find them. I went to the register, quickly paid and left. Out the door in less than 20 minutes. Good store, prefer it to the office max near my house. read more

During the pandemic they are letting too many people crowd around the copy center!! I went yesterday and felt very uncomfortable with people so close while I was trying to fax something. I had to ask every 10 minutes for help because if I don't say anything they will not offer to help you. If you need to print and cut invitations do not event think about going here. From the moment I talked to the associate you could tell he did not want to work. When he found out the invitations needed to be cut he said it would cost $3 per cut. Yes every time he was going to cut a piece of paper was going to be $3. He's like yeah we charge an arm and a leg. I was like no thank you and he was relieved he did not have to do the job. Go to the UPS store in the same shopping center instead it's $3 for all cuts involved with your print job and they are cheerful hard working people! read more

There store doesn't flow. You can't just follow a row to the back of the store. there are too many displays in the way. Cul-de-sacs of stuff. This isn't Publix or Best Buy, forced browsing isn't going to get me to buy more, it's just annoying. I want bigger, clearer, hanging signs that tell me where everything is located. I want to find what I need quickly, and then leave. They do have everything I need though. And they are a convinent location. read more

This place has the worst service ever! No one seems to want to assist you and just points or tell you an isle, although they are not assisting others. In my hey day of customer service I directed and picked up items customers needed. They are horrible. It's THEIR job to assist, not stand there licking their nails. read more

I've been going to this location for years. The staff is always helpful. They always match their online prices. A few months back I returned a printer that was defected and was past the 30 day warranty, the manager gave me a full refund and even assisted on picking a new one for a much better price. I love this place, it's definitely my first choice for school and office supplies. read more

Purchase a lot of items from here in the past. However when I came to return an item that costs $12.49 out of my most recent $71.98 purchase the manager Gary said that I had to have the box. What is wrong with this Staples location? Understaffed is an understatement. The store looked like they had only one employee on Saturday at around 10 am. A couple actually had to sit and wait near the cash register for the one employee to help them pay. That's right, there was NOBODY at the cash registers. Even worse, they were selling SD cards at literally twice the price of OfficeMax! There is no reason to go to this Staples location unless you are picking up an order.... This place is horrible, they seem to always be under-staffed and I believe the lady that is the assistant manager there yesterday was helping someone and when she finished with them I said "excuse me, I have a question" she looked right at me and kept walking...I got pissed and I left because that was the only attention that I had after waiting 15minutes for help...either way I'm done with this place due to their service and small inventory, so I'll be going to CompUsa from now on. read more

I visited Staples today and it was a horrible experience. I went to this store by mistake and what a mistake it was! Office Depot had a HP printer for $269.95 and Staples had the same printer on display for $329.99. I showed the Office Depot ad to the salesman and he told me that the store had a 110 percent price matching and that my price will be the $269.99 less 10 percent. The salesman took me to the register and changed the price to match the Office Depot lower price. Then he could not get the register to give me the additional 10 percent. He called a couple of people and finally a very nasty "manager" told me that he would not give me the advertised additional 10 percent price matching. I left the store very upset because that is "false advertising" I went to Office Depot and purchased the same printer for the advertised price. I will never shop again in Staples. read more
