I just moved into a 100+ year old home that has not had its windows cleaned in probably 5+ years. It's original single pane, and storm windows needed LOVE. Don't pay for the "sill" option. $4 for a 1 second option. This doesn't mean what "we" call the 'sill'. Banged their ladder against my wall. Left a dent. Didn't care. They didn't wipe off the outside of the windows. Won't be using them again. read more

Mella sent a service technician to my house to clean our couches. He was polite, professional and gracious during the cleaning. It was easy to see that he was taking the small, diligent steps to ensure that our property was treated respectfully. Since the couches are white, they show dirt very easily. After Mella's service person cleaned them, they look brand new, like the day we first bought them. Additionally, the service was reasonably priced and definitely worth the money. Picture the most disgusting thing seeping into your carpet. (Think EXPLODING TOILET!). I called Mella almost in tears. The woman that took my call was very sympathetic to my situation, and even though they didn't have any immediate openings, she called the technician personally, and he came right out. He cleaned the area to the point where you would never know anything had ever happened. The carpet looks new, and my house smells wonderful thanks to the solution he used. We are fairly easy on our carpets, but they still need to be refreshed. We have a cat who has the occasional barfy spot. End result is a minor stain. We have light beige (almost white) carpet. The guys from Mella came by today. They cleaned the high traffic areas and kitty barfy spots. Our carpets are as good as new! My chief complaints with former companies were wet carpets and reduced (not eliminated) stains. Mella conquered both issues. Spots are gone and the carpet should dry quickly. Very pleased. This is the second time we have hired them out to clean our carpets. We love them. Both times they have amazed us at getting stains out that have been there for years which other carpet cleaners have never been able to remove. Very friendly and professional.
