I personalyl went there to question why they charged my son that much and the very unprofessional staff told me that if i didn't like how much they charged him that i should do his taxes myself. Very nasty people at that location. They moved and are now on wmfloyd pkwy across from wm floyd dinner. They will rip you off!!!! stay away. My next step after writing this review is to contact the irs and file a complaint. I called another jackson hewitt and they told me his taxes would be $400 to do. They totally ripped my son off.

He spends all his time lecturing instead of explaining anything about your actual tax return. Furthermore, we were told it was one price for our taxes but then later found out we had to pay more since he changed the way of the filing. I didn't mind the extra but I was upset that he never mentioned it would be more I just would have like to know that. Avoid this place he is extremely unprofessional and has no people skills. I have never been treated so disrespectfully for just asking for clarification on his fees. His explanation for his rudeness was he had a long day.
