The most unprofessional, racist person I have ever met. I called his office to GIVE HIM A REFERAL. After being hung up on by the receptionist I called back to have Rich pick up. Rich did not remember the convo we had a few weeks earlier and strait up accused me of being a liar. Go somewhere else! They messed up our taxes, which cost us a loss of almost $2000. They did not add my son as a dependent and added social security benefits as an income, when it isn't. First they said it was our fault because we apparantely did not provide the correct information. Well I proved them wrong with that lie when I went over the entire packet I sent them. He yells at clients and is nasty with his employees. What put an end to me using them was having the IRS question my business and he wanted nothing to do with it.
