That is something so many retail stores struggle with these days. Mind you, I have not been in Guess in years! I never liked the bedazzled "GUESS" plastered on the women's shirts, however, I do enjoy their jeans. Guess has actually stepped it up over the years with their selection. Someone in corporate is trying to cater to more than one or two select groups and they are clearly tired of being several years behind. It was very pleasant to look for items, to touch them and to see if this is what you really need. Ordering online is difficult and irritating at times because you see it a picture read about it and order but after waiting for it to come it's not what you need. Hobby lobby has an overwhelming amount of items in all crafts and was such a pleasant experience shopping there. Plenty of employees to ask questions and get directions, very nice. Their shoes & purse section could be a little better but they can only sell what they get. It's the kind of store where you want one of everything. Once I was done window shopping, I settled down in the shoe section. Several staff members helped me through the process and did a full "foot evaluation." This is where they measure you and make you walk, so they can tell exactly what brand and size is best for you. Turns out, they didn't have the best shoe for me at this location. Bummer, right?... Not so fast. They quickly called the Homewood location and had them hold a pair of the perfect shoes for me. I didn't leave this location empty handed. I found some great running socks that have been with me (and in my washing machine) ever since.

All of the employees up front engaged in the conversation infornt of many paying customers and I noticed the employee working the first register near the store entrance December 6th at 12. AM called a customer a ho because she left a bag of groceries by accident at the counter where we all visited because her cash register was the only one open, and I will no longer shop at this store location because they do not appreciate or value there paying customers. Not happy customer's should never go into this location ofdollars tree stores and hopefully they will close this store location or fire all those unruly employees who don't apprentice dollar tree paying customers.

The lady told me they only exchange not return items. I was disappointed but since I pick up small token gifts from there anyway I could make it work. I was the last customer in the store and the transaction got complicated. The manager and another employee were so helpful, nice and keep a pleasant tone. Then I couldn't find my keys. The guard found them on the shelves I was on. They all were outstanding and I left happy. If only this was the normal for stores rather than rare. This is now my favorite store. Kudos to all three of them.
