I received a second denial stating there was a stain on the mattress that had nothing to do with the damage so they will not honor their warranty. I have purchased several mattresses from this location, but they will not be seeing my business again and will spread the word to others.

I have written and called the shop with no response. I felt certain the vendor probably just didn't know and it was an innocent mistake. But after they haven't returned my calls, I'm not so sure. I live 80 miles away and had already told the recipient that I had gotten her Waterford crystal. How embarrassing. I feel at the very least the vendor should pay me the difference between what I paid and what I could pay for new on Amazon. Or maybe apologize?!?

Unfortunately, today I learned they are no longer doing piercings. Other than piercings the store itself is amazing. They sell clothes, body jewelry, incense, tapestry's, and so many other things! All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Safe to say this store hasn't changed at all since I last shopped about 10 years ago. I was definitely feeling nostalgic here today.
